I have never seen that before in any grocery venue and was impressed by her attention to detail and overall friendliness! As a retired member of the UFCW, it was great to see such customer service in a store that has plummeted in that regard. The fact you have to pay for certain items upfront in two aisles is beyond ridiculous because RALPHS overall security is a joke as the homeless use this place as a human ATM machine. He saw I was forlorn and insisted that he walk me to my car where he was hoping it would be there... IT WAS WEDGED BETWEEN MY SEATS! Without his kindness and his calming words, I might not have ever found it, but it magically appeared and I hugged him three or four times and said do you love your mother and he said I absolutely do I said "because you're kindness shows that you know how to be wonderful to women and helpful!"
