I had an appointment the first day they were allowed to open after Quarantine. I was so impressed! They only had a few customers in the salon at a time to allow for social distancing, and everyone was spaced out accordingly. All their staff members were wearing masks and gloves, and they had installed shields at their manicure stations. The only con is that because of social distancing, you're not allowed to get a mani/pedi at the same time by two different techs, they have to be done one by one. I completely understand that this will be the new norm for awhile, and happily complied in order to get my much needed mani/pedi! It was wonderful as always, and was very glad to see them taking all the necessary precautions to protect themselves and their clients during these crazy Covid times! At last, a nail salon where the techs are not all talking loudly amongst themselves. Went in with two friends and we all received pedicures. Two of us opted for the basic which still comes with a mini foot and leg massage. The price was the same I have paid in noisier salons as was the quality. One friend went for a fancy pedicure w special potion but didn't feel it was worth it. We all enjoyed our peaceful pedis in the spa like atmosphere. I will definitely return here. read more

I've been to this salon a few times and every single time they rush, even when I was the only person in the salon! They are definitely overpriced for the quality of service. If you want a quick mani/pedi in a matter of 20 minutes, this is the place to go. However, if you like to relax while getting your nails done, you're better off elsewhere. Very over priced for what you get. I can go to any other nail salon in the area and get much more for my money. I paid extra for my daughter to have the long lasting nail polish (which at other places lasts 1+week with no chipping) and it was peeling by the next morning. I went for a pedicure last week, and unfortunately didn't have the best experience. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful, and the salon and atmosphere was fantastic. The problem I had was the actual tech that gave me my pedicure. It felt rushed, she wasn't friendly, she seemed irritated, and left off the top coat. I chose the deluxe pedicure with a shoulder rub, which was a nice addition, but the actual pedicure itself wasn't relaxing or very good. I've had much better pedicures from the skill to the experience and paid half the price. read more

I've been going here for a few years and I've never been disappointed. I haven't found another salon I can say that about. There are so many other places closer to me and every time I switch it up and go somewhere else for convenience when I'm desperate or can't make it to the memorial area early enough after work, etc... I leave thinking why didn't I just wait for Magic Lash? They do a wonderful job, the place is nice and clean, probably have the best color selection I've seen, great massage chairs, and friendly staff. Quiet, classy and relaxing nail salon. It is spacious and, unlike other nearby salons, you don't feel like herded cattle. They have many spaces so have never had a problem with availability. They also have a lovely deluxe option where you can choose an exfoliant and lotion scent and get pampered in an exclusive room. The prices are also reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

This place is in the new strip center by wirt and i10. It is just amazing. You also get a complimentary drink: wine, soda, or water. Their separate rooms are a bonus, not too many people in the same room at once. Their interior is very decorative and pretty. The workers are also really nice and keep checking up if you're okay. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Thinking about going to this nail salon to get a manicure/refill service that includes pampering, filing, refill, trim & polish...?? Well think again. I went to this nail salon a couple days ago to get a refill. The lady asked me when the last time I had gotten my nails done & I told her when I was on vacation about 2.5weeks ago, out in Cali. The service was torturous with all the rough filing my cuticles felt raw & all cut up (can you say OWW when I washed my hands with soap?) then my service was over. I LOVED my color; it was a Watermelon color... perfect for summer! As I walked to the the register to pay, the receptionist informed me my total was $27 dollars. Not bad huh? Well I have been coming here for the past 6 months & my refills have always been $22. I asked if there was a price increase & she said no. My price included: my refill & a NAIL TRIM for $5!!!! ARE YOU JOKING?? I could have cut my nails for FREE!! Not that my nails were THAT long after 2.5 weeks but they lost their shape. I really thought it was a joke, so I asked her again & looked at my bill. NEVER. AGAIN. I'll continue to find a better nail salon service that will not make my cuticles bleed PLUS I'm not paying additionally for a "nail trim"...! This place was not all it was cracked up to be. It is a beautiful salon but the service sucks all the way from the receptionist who is made up to look like a clown with her ridiculous make up, to the nail techs all the way to the manager who didn't want to hear complaints and just wanted to rush us out. This place was overpriced and what you get for those prices is a piss poor job. The pedicure was one of the worst I have ever had in my life and the tech didn't know what she was doing. The manicurist was slightly better but did a horrible job with the polish and was lazy. I wanted to try 2 different colors on my skin before she proceeded with a color, which I have done many times at other places, and when I picked the color I wanted instead of taking off the one I didn't she just painted over it. My nails were not shaped nicely at all. I will not be back here at all. It's a beautiful salon and very clean but service was horrible. read more

Went to Magic for the first time today for a "VIP Classic mani/pedi package." This also included a fairly lengthy arm/leg/neck massage. The space is very clean, has lots of chairs, and the staff were incredibly friendly. They have two separate rooms of chairs, and I had my services done in the back room where they had different (more relaxing) music and a calmer atmosphere. They have a receptionist and office manager, that came around a couple of times while I was having my nails/massage done just to be sure I was doing well and didn't need anything. I got a pedicure last week and it was awesome! The salon is very clean, the manicure/pedicure area is separated in its own room away from the lash, massage, restroom, and the check-in/check-out area. There are so many colors available. The chairs are really comfortable, and staff is very very sweet. I got the basic manicure and it was $28. There is a menu with many upgrades available! The woman who did my pedicure was great, except the leg massage could've been a little bit more pressure but it was a long massage so its a toss up.. I've been on vacation in a pool, and my feet still look like I just walked out of the salon and I will be back for sure! read more
