I would have thought she would be happy to get some business after being closed because of the pandemic, but I guess common courtesy to even respond with a "Sorry but I am busy" is too much to ask for these days. Would give 0 stars if I could. **So to respond to Laura's note to my review, a simple "I am under the weather" or "I am busy those dates" would have sufficed after I made my multiple appointment inquiries. Instead you completely ignored emails and texts, and then respond to my review 20 months later? I am sorry you were under the weather back in September of 2020, but this just poor small business customer service. It takes 10 seconds to send a text.

The masseuse I had was so great, he massaged all of my problem areas without me having to tell him where I am experiencing pain. He could tell just by feeling my tight muscles what areas needed attention. I paid $20 to add a foot and head massage with hot stones which felt amazing. I booked another appointment for next week. Reading previous reviews, people have complained about the decor and layout of the facility. I have been to similar style Thai massage studios and it did not bother me at all. I was just happy to get a truly therapeutic massage which included being put into different positions to stretch my hips and back muscles. I'm so glad that I have found this place!

I felt incredible afterward and didn't hesitate to book my next appointment before I left. After a quick Google search, I was lucky enough to find a spot open that week with Tieko Massage. Upon arriving, Tieko was very welcoming and I instantly felt relaxed. I had reserved a 90 minute deep tissue massage with a cupping add-on and let me tell you, once I was on the warm massage table, I was transported to another world. The experience started with warm mitts for hands, feet, and a warm cushion for under my neck. This little detail is something often missing with most massages or considered an add-on so it was a pleasant surprise that helped me to relax more quickly. I have a desk job so I keep a lot of tension in my back and neck area so most of the massage and cupping was focused on those areas, but not so much that the other body areas were neglected. She was intuitive and attentive to pressure - noticing where my body needed more attention which allowed me to decompress and not continually guide her in the massage. The overall experience was better than I had even hoped for. At the end of my session, I purchased three gift certificates for her massages for loved ones and I have already booked my next appointment with her - next up... lymphatic massage!

The walls aren't finished so it's open studs. The electrical panel was in the corner of the massage room. The room was not much bigger than a bathroom or walk in closet. Overall, I would never go back here and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
