The masseur was so intense it was actually hurting me. He did not check in once to ask if the pressure was okay I was jumping around the table because the pressure was so hard. He was dry rubbing me it was not relaxing at all. At one point he left the door open while people were in the parlor and I was in my underwear I had to look up so he would shut the door. Also, I never got my foot massage. I still tipped over 20 % but i probably wouldn't return unless a manager reached out and offered me another massage with a different masseur. Also, the people waiting were so loud and no one asked them to lower the voices. They literally were talking the whole time loudly until they man and woman went into their appointment and then were quiet. It was just over all bad experience.

They were friendly and attentive, asking us whether we preferred a "hard or medium massage." We both opted for "firm," and in hindsight, that choice was great for our feet. The foot massage itself was nothing short of therapeutic. They worked the pressure points with precision, sometimes pushing so deeply it verged on painful -- but in the best way possible.
