I am a trained massage therapist, teacher, former director of a well known massage school, as well as former practitioner. I am highly skilled. I knew when I got a massage from Michelle that she was a gifted therapist. She answers her calls so she can schedule her clients as soon as possible. She does not have a receptionist or answering service. Your review is hard on a person who is different. I believe she needs extra support and understanding rather than a scathing review. .
