The message on his voicemail said he was out until December 15, and since this was the 24th, I assumed he was back. I left 2 messages on Friday, 1 in the morning and 1 in the late afternoon and I also filled out a contact form on the website, none of which received a response. Since I was anxious to set up an appointment to get my windshield replaced, I chose another shop. If the owner had a problem where he was unable to conduct business, he should have updated his voicemail to reflect that.

Of the 7 windows tinted 5 need to be re done. Lots of bubble and scratches. Not sure if they use garbage tint or the installer sucks... So I went down to see about making an appointment. Dominic took pictures of the tint. He advised he needed to send it off to get approval and would call me back. Never received a call back. A few days later I stopped by to see if approved. Some new guy working and advised Dominic only works Saturdays. The new guy said i could get the tint fixed and he told me he would tell Dominic to call me. The new guy never asked me my name or my number. Overall my instinct told me this place sucks and i should have listened. I will go to a reputable place and pay to have their garbage tint removed. It was unfortunate…read morethat the OEM windshield was backordered but at least the OEE glass were from the same manufacturer but just missing the Toyota logo which saved almost half of the cost. They were able to get the windshield installed and the sensors recalibrated in about 2 hours or so. There's a waiting room available as well as a loaner car if you don't feel like waiting.
