I called around noon today, they offered mobile service and were at my address within 30 minutes! Because they had the windshield in stock. When she arrived, she said the job would take about an hour, but she called me around 40min to let me know my car was ready. I was really impressed with how fast the service was, and the work was clean and neatly done. Definitely recommend! read more

HIGHEST recommendation for Express Service. Save yourself the time and energy of shopping around. My mechanic recommended them and I had a great experience. Excellent value. I was overwhelmed with options to get my cracked windshield replaced. I called my mechanic for a referral and he directed me to Express Service. What's funny is that I had requested a quote over Yelp and was at a loss for how to select based on the quotes I received. Express Service was one of the quotes! They were responsive, fast and thorough. read more

I am so incredibly happy that I chose Express Service Auto Glass to replace my shattered window today. There is something so genuine and warming about the way this family operates. Morena was fantastic from the start, and her husband did a phenomenal job with the installation, but what stayed with me most was the connection. While the work was being done, I had the chance to talk with Morena and hear the story behind their business. They are such a delightful couple, and their story is truly inspiring. It's rare to encounter a business that feels this personal and sincere. If you are looking for someone to trust with your vehicle, please give this family a call. They don't just fix cars; they truly care about the people they serve. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

Our rear windshield broke late around 9pm on a Thursday. I used Yelp to send out requests for quotes to multiple companies in hopes to have it repaired as soon as possible. Express Service Auto Glass was the first to respond and with a very reasonable price. As the night went on and into the following day, I received other quotes, some lower but most much high than what Express Service offered. Express Service was able to fit me in for a mobile appointment on Friday with a window of 10:30-12:30pm. They arrived at 12:30pm and were very professional. We left them in our garage as they completed the job, and even verified if we needed a parking pass that was stuck onto our previous windshield. They completely cleaned up the old windshield/glass, and our new one was spotless. They gave my husband some quick instructions; e.g. no washing for 3 days, and they were on their way. The rear windshield looks and works great. We haven't had any issues yet, and will be bringing it in for its first wash since. Express Service also has a warranty for the work, and they were super responsive over Yelp. Would absolutely recommend them to others and use them again. read more

Jose Luis the technician is very nice from the time we met until his done with replacing my windshield. He even has recommendations how to avoid being damage the little window at the back that he said it's too expensive to replaced. He gave me his friend phone number too because i thinking of having my window tint. He's really a good person, i definitely will recommend them to my family and friends. It's weird how something bad can happen (like trying to fit 12ft pieces of lumber inside my mini van and breaking my windshield) and then something good can happen, like finding Express Auto Glass. Insanely responsive, amazing price, service exceptional. After feeling like a complete idiot for breaking my windshield, I felt like a hero after finding Express Service auto glass. But THEY are the true heroes! Also, while I'm here I have to take a moment to tell you how much I hate Safelite Auto Glass. I don't even know how that place stays in business. I swear they go around the city bashing windows just to get business. Don't be a dumb dumb, go to Express Service Auto Glass and save yourself grief, money and time! read more

Needed to have my front windshield replaced within a day due to a trip and they were quick to respond. Great service and reasonable pricing.

As my windshield cracked, initially I went to one of the national chain glass store. They removed the cracked windshield, but didn't install the new windshield. Instead they told me that the new windshield can't be installed due to the rusty pinch weld, and they can't give me any advise, referral or even reinstall my original windshield. Luckily I found this team and gave a reasonable quote to fix the rusty area and installed the windshield for me, and complete the project in one afternoon. Great service and highly recommend read more

Excellent communication and very kind people. I messaged them on yelp to get my windshield replaced and they were quick and very well priced. I ended up having to postpone getting my windshield replaced for another week and when I messaged them again they were able to come get it done when I needed. Also showed me that there was some rust and gave me options without pressuring me one way or another. Will be coming back here whenever I need any glass replaced! read more

Excellent same day mobile service for two different chips in my windshield! Quick communication and a clear quote, making sure to confirm exactly what the damage to the glass was and what the service would entail. They were able to seal both of the cracks and keep them from spreading so that I won't have to spend a ton of money to replace my whole windshield. Jose and Morena were friendly and helpful and also dealt very well with our interesting one-way street parking situation while working. Would recommend to others, hope I don't need their help again soon :) read more

I scheduled a windshield replacement with this company on a Saturday for a Monday appointment. They gave me a 2-hour service window (11-1pm) and were supposed to come to my house. No one showed up. I called three different phone numbers, sent messages through their website--no response. When I finally reached someone, I mentioned that a simple phone call would've been appreciated. Her response? "We were too busy." They eventually offered to come within the next hour, but by then I had already cleared my entire morning for them and rearranged my schedule. The lack of communication and disregard for my time was incredibly frustrating. Unprofessional and unreliable. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you're okay with being left in the dark. read more
