Ty was incredibly responsive and professional. My Chevy Bolt window had been broken the previous evening and I really needed it replaced instead of just being covered with cardboard. I called at 10 am the next morning and spoke with Ty regarding the work to be performed. He was able to confirm immediately that they had the proper glass in stock, provided me with a very reasonable estimate, and that one of their mobile technicians could be over to my house by 11:00 am!! Needless to say I was very impressed and booked them to perform the work instead of trying to do it myself. Their technician, Efrain, was great. He seemed like someone who enjoyed their work and finished the job within an hour!!! He cleaned up nicely after the work was completed and I was left as a very happy customer. I will definitely call them again if I need future glass work on my cars. It was a plus that they are located out of the Sunset district of SF as most other shops are either downtown or down along the peninsula and nowhere near as convenient. Ty, thanks for your amazing service!!! read more

On our drive up to the Bay Area, our windshield was hit by a massive rock, and we wanted to make sure the chip did not get worse. I immediately searched for an auto glass repair shop in San Francisco during our drive. Super Auto Glass had an amazing response time and was incredibly friendly. They asked me to send photos once we stopped and gave honest feedback on whether my windshield needed a repair. Luckily, I did not need one, but I would not hesitate to recommend them based on their excellent customer service and fast response time. read more

I had a warranty issue with our windshield installed years ago. I had some issues with communication response in the beginning due to an employee manning the phone leaving the company but Ty took great care of me once we connected. Travis came out and first inspected then after ordering a new windshield he did a fabulous repair and salvaged the existing one. read more

I was on a business meeting in Sacramento and when I left the meeting it was 90 degrees. I pulled out of the parking lot and saw a 20" stress fracture in my windshield:( The next day, I contacted Super Auto Glass based on the awesome Yelp reviews. I really enjoyed that they are mobile and can drive to me. That same day , they were very responsive and provided information to share with my insurance company. They were able to get a technician out to our place in 2 hours. He was very technically proficient and had good attention to details like making sure that any extra goo that seals the window was clean up with a razor blade and he made sure the windshield wipers were operating properly after he reinstalled them. About an hour later the windshield was replaced. This is the first time I've ever experienced a problem with my windshield and I'm so glad found Super Auto Glass ...with the help of Yelp, of course ;) read more

This company responded to my online quote request immediately, they were paitent while I got my insurance approval and then scheduled the window repair for the next day. They arrived on time to my home, the service worker Thomas was perhaps the nicest man I've had work on my car, ever! It's a high value for the price, I would use this company again. Truly, I can't say enough about Thomas and his kindness, humor, he was efficieint and explained everything clearly. Thank you Super Auto Glass! read more

A few months ago on a road trip a tiny pebble flew into my windshield and cracked it a little! I ignored it for months and the crack grew bigger and bigger. Finally had had enough of the jerkiness and shame that comes with not taking care of your car right away and decided to finally file a claim. I emailed these folks with request and they responded right away. I waited a day to reply and once again they responded right away again. I gave them my available timeframe and woke up this morning to a nice wake-up call from the gentleman (I'm sorry regret not catching his name) saying he'd be at my house in 30 minutes. Showed up, he explained everything clearly, I went and read my book and folded laundry for an hour and before you know it he was done, explained everything, wrote up the receipt and was on his way. Very clear and professional. Thank you! read more

I highly recommend Super Auto Glass. Unfortunately my rear glass mirror was broken overnight. I called two other competitors and both gave me a THREE WEEK wait time. I emailed SAG through their website and within hours I had a quote and we set up a time for SAME DAY service. The technician, Efrain, was super friendly and quick. He did a great job with the repair. Definitely worth the price. read more

I am so pleased with my experience with Super Auto Glass. They made things very easy with a windshield chip repair. (**Safelite wasted my time earlier pushing no repair, saying to leave it or replace the whole windshield when the chip was the size of a dime**). The communication with Super Auto Glass via email was SO fast. Immediate responses. I was able to send pictures for them to determine if it was repairable. It was!! They processed everything through my insurance. Thomas was super professional and efficient with the repair. Very prompt arrival at my house, excellent communication, and he explained what he was doing during the repair. I really could not ask for a better experience. They turned a stressful event in to a very positive one. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Super Auto Glass!! read more

These guys are great! I had a somewhat complex windshield install with special sacrificial trim pieces as well as 2 sensors and they nailed it. They asked all of the right questions and addressed all of my detailed concerns. The 2 man grew that showed up at my house was prompt, fast, friendly, professional, and detail oriented. They found less costly non-OEM glass for me when the dealer glass was on back order. I was slightly concerned that it wouldn't have the OE screening on it, the dot and blackout patterns around the edges and surrounding the sensors, but honestly, I couldn't tell the difference between OE. Team was quick to respond and come to my place to fix a smashed driver side window. Tech was quick, cleaned up all the glass and replaced the window. It was like it never happened. Hopefully won't have to deal with a broken window again, but will definitely call this group if I need to. read more

This man went out of his way to text me and explain things and refer me to an auto body shop. He didn't have to do that, but he was detailed in his explanation and there's something to be said about that level of service. read more

Wow!! I called over this past weekend and they were closed but I thought let me try anyhow. They actually reached out to me on Monday 1/29 and I hadn't least a voice mail but did notice that they missed my call. I have a 2017 Lexus NX200T and got a nick on the front shield from something while driving. Of course safety first so I wanted to see if it could be repaired as it was less than 1.5 inches and not all the way through the glass/ I brought it into a place in Daly City and they said no unrepairable and quoted me $400 to replace the front windshield. Lexus dealership quoted me $982 without labor for the windshield without seeing it all. This company asked for pictures, spoke with their technician and reassured me that for now we are ok. It's called "surface putting" and so minute not even something to repair. I got lucky thankfully!! The nick hadn't even broken the plane of the glass therefore it's still safe and unnecessary to do anything at this time. Their communication was excellent and it's refreshing to work with honest people not just trying to make a buck or taking advantage of you! So while I didn't use their service the time, effort, professionalism, and communication that came with this company is undeniable. Thank you for saving me some money!! read more

This is maybe my 4th or 5th time using their service (city living) and they are well worth going outside my insurance for. Other shops I went to were slow, seemed overworked, and were just downright stressful. This shop is kind, easy to work with, and get you in as fast as possible. Most of the time they come to your location too! I definitely reccommend. read more

I have to preface this review by saying at first, I had an appointment at Safelite auto glass in south SF 3 WEEKS prior to get a windshield replacement through my insurance. As soon as I show up, the associates there were complete ASSHOLES. Took two seconds to look at my car and didn't even want to replace the glass because I had changed tires and did a small lift on the car. Gave me a million excuses and said there's an issue with getting the safety features recalibrated blah blah blah. For the following 3 weeks I went back and forth with insurance and going through the dealership to no avail, all while having a huge crack in my windshield. I finally cracked, called the nearest smaller auto glass place (Super Auto) and explained everything. The guy who answered, Ty, was fucking awesome. He understood the issue, worked with me, gave me the warning about recalibration but still did the damn work anyway. Two days later, windshield replaced quick and easy, and they even went to my house and did it right outside. Afterwards sent me to a shop they work with who do the calibrations and the safety cameras PASSED without a single issue. The weight on my shoulders was immediately lifted all because of Super Auto glass in SF. If this ever happens again, I'm going straight back here no questions asked. FUCK Safelite. read more

I had the misfortune of having my drivers side rear window smashed while I was at work the other day. The police at work suggested calling Safelite, because who hasn't heard of them, right? Fortunately for me, they had no appointments available for days, but they did provide a quote, and it was well over what Super Auto Glass offered. Super responded to my web-based request quickly, provided a quote that they stuck to, and was able to confirm all details and offer a mobile appointment for the following morning, all by email. The technician arrived on time and was extremely accommodating and helpful. The job was done quickly and well, and the replacement glass is working great. Quick response, impeccable communication, and courteous on-time efficient service. They made an otherwise terrible experience (having my window smashed) into something livable. Andrey and the team at Super Auto Glass were wonderful. We called on Tuesday, and our windshield was replaced by Wednesday afternoon. My car was broken into two nights ago, I called Super Auto Glass yesterday morning and they were able to get a specialty window from Volvo and install the same day. The entire process was incredibly smooth. Andrey was an absolute gem. Great communication throughout the day and the install itself was fast and done perfectly. He was so kind and we had a lovely human interaction, beyond a simple business transaction. I would definitely work with them again, though I hope not to have to, but given that I live in the city... :) read more

My small VW golf vent window was smashed in an attempt To open my trunk. It was such a pain to find someone who could fit me in same week. I called 3 places and they were booked or they only had the Vw branded glass which Geico won't cover. Safelite through Geico was booked for the next 8 days. Found Super auto on Yelp and was so excited to hear that they have my generic glass on hand and could make it to my apartment SAME DAY. I wasn't sure if they would cover the up front cost, but Geico and super auto assured me it's all good to move ahead. The glass technician was super efficient and answered all my questions and vacuumed up all my smashed glass. I'll def be using super auto every time! Thank you!! read more

I reeeeaaaaaallllly didn't want to drive up from LA to visit San Francisco... only to have my back windows SMASHED and some valuables robbed within 20 minutes of parking the car. 7 hour drive -- SMASH & grab. Luckily our AirBnb had a garage and we were able to hire this company to fix our car. We called early on Wednesday and had it fixed 3PM the next day! Our guy was very quick and clean -- despite a soft mist falling on him. My patience was thin and so you can imagine how happy I was this worked right the first time. read more

My rear passenger quarter glass was broken into on Monday night. Emailed Super Auto Glass to get a quote on Tuesday morning. Was able to get a quote and speak with Slava on the phone the same day. He was able to clearly provide both cost and time estimates (my part was OEM so he wanted to be upfront about waiting 24 hours to acquire it). Once it arrived, I was called promptly to book a time (7:30am in the morning so I could head to work immediately after). I paid half up front over the phone and was told the remainder would be charged once service was completed. The gentleman that performed the service was very kind and was done in 20 minutes (note: quarter glass is small so adjust your please adjust your time expectations if you're entire windshield has to be replaced). At the end, I was given written instructions on what to do for the next 48 hours to ensure the glass would cure and settle properly. Great process and well organized. Overall, I'm very happy I chose them. I wish more businesses would follow Super Auto Glass' example. read more

My rear view mirror came loose and as I gently tried to push the metal ball into the socket my windshield cracked. I wrote an email inquiring about service. Very quick response. I had to order a replacement rear view mirror from eBay, and scheduling was very flexible. The package arrived earlier and I was able to move my appointment up one day. Thomas called 20 minutes before arriving and he was pleasant and professional. Did an excellent job replacing the windshield with the exact same windshield, and installed the rear view mirror.
