When he showed up, he took the time to walk me through the different tint options, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I called them up…read moreThursday 7/23/20 for a drop off for next day servicing the business page says they open at 9:30 the owner told me drop off was before 10am so I showed up at 9:30 expecting to walk in to an office to drop off my car, not the situation. This business doesn't even have a legit sign or shop it's a garage. So I wait till 10 am call the guy up he doesn't answer I try again he answers saying his "guy" was on his way from Palo Alto & to give him a few minutes so at this point it's 10:30 the guy shows up I discuss the percentages of the tints, he takes my keys and promises 2 hours for the job, he also took my # to text me when the car was ready. 3 hours go by I call the owner no answer no text or call back from his guys. I show up the garage door was closed no one in site. Long story short 5 hours to get a car tinted with hug bubbles. The guy instructed me the bubbles would go away in 3 days normal it shouldn't have any bubble and if it does shouldn't take more than a day to disappear. I waited until Monday (4days) the bubbles were still there. So I called the guy up he told me to take it back that he would "take care" of me. I asked if he would personally be there he said yes. I show up he's not there. I dropped off the car the guy said he would fix it. I left him my keys didn't bother to wait. I showed up when I was texted that the car was done. I walk the perimeter of the car it's still the same. No changes. So I question it again and point out the obvious bubbles. The guys says " I didn't work on this car" but I can fix it if you give me 45 minutes at this point it the third attempt at fixing it. I gave them a bit over an hour. I call the owner no answer I text no answer. The guy I handed my keys to ended up leaving and not communicating to his co workers what needed to be done. The workers went back and forth "I didn't work on this car, the other guy did. " "I only do side windows" "I only do back windows " No solutions just excuses. Their solution was taking off my tints completely. I took a full refund. Was done dealing with this unprofessionalism & they left all the glue on to be the cherry on top ! Oh & in regards to COVID no sanitation whatsoever not even mask being used by workers.
