The job took far longer than promised, my vehicle key was lost, and the horn stopped working after being used only twice. When I returned, I was blamed for using the horn, told not to use it because it "blows the fuse," and treated in a condescending manner. Instead of repairing or replacing a clearly defective product, I was handed a fuse and told to fix it myself. Selling a horn that cannot be used as intended and refusing to stand behind the work is unacceptable. Poor workmanship, no accountability, and zero customer service. Avoid this place.

They recommended this place and said that they do a really great job. I walked over and asked if they were able to complete the job same day, which they were. The owner Hermman, who was really wonderful welcoming and friendly. He showed me a bunch of tint options and made a recommendation for which would be best. for about $350 I was able to tint the entire vehicle the same day. They were finished a little after hours and he conveniently texted me a code to the lock box and a photo of the finished vehicle so we could pick it up after they were closed. This auto accessory store also does speakers head units and other custom car lighting as well. Overall, this was a really wonderful experience and I would 10/10 recommend for all your auto accessory needs.

Owner told me to bring it in and he would fix it in a few hours . Came back four hours later hadn't touched the car and I told him I'd go elsewhere. He began to cuss me and threaten me and took the keys from the car and forced me out of his shop . The police came once I called them and he had cut the amps and speakers out of the trunk . I had receipts showing I never purchased them from him and he continued to lie until the police got frustrated with catching him in so many lies and forced him to put the amps and speaker back in working order . My car broke down five minuets after I drove off he had unplugged the fuel pump . Don't go to this guy he's nuts and a liar and a coward who rips off disabled veterans.

Instead of handling the follow-up professionally, the manager became very confrontational. He raised his voice and told me I was "out of bounds" for pointing out visible issues, saying that "no one looks that closely at tint." When I calmly asked him to stop yelling, the manager stormed inside, came back with the contract, and argued about a supposed 5% tolerance. He then used profanity and told me to never come back to the store -- all of this happened in front of another customer, who commented that the behavior was inappropriate. To be fair, the tint was eventually redone and now looks much better. However, having the same issue occur twice and then being yelled at and cursed at by a manager is unacceptable. Quality work matters, but professionalism matters just as much.
