Had them install a radio and amp and speakers I purchased from Crutchfield online . The radio they installed in my 1967 Firebird was as not mounted correctly and was sliding around and the ground wire was shorting out . Owner told me to bring it in and he would fix it in a few hours . Came back four hours later hadn't touched the car and I told him I'd go elsewhere. He began to cuss me and threaten me and took the keys from the car and forced me out of his shop . The police came once I called them and he had cut the amps and speakers out of the trunk . I had receipts showing I never purchased them from him and he continued to lie until the police got frustrated with catching him in so many lies and forced him to put the amps and speaker back in working order . My car broke down five minuets after I drove off he had unplugged the fuel pump . Don't go to this guy he's nuts and a liar and a coward who rips off disabled veterans. read more

I had gotten super expensive tints on my last car, but was looking to go cheaper on my new car, so I started looking around. Sure I could have gone with a $69.99 special somewhere, but I wanted to spend a little more for quality, and was hoping to find somewhere nearby my work. Lucky for me, I found Auto Sounds which was perfect. I swung by at lunch on a Wednesday to discuss pricing, timing etc, and was pleased to find an awesome owner and a fair price of $150. PLEASE READ!!! If you don't purchase their overpriced head units and speakers then they just don't give a damn. I brought my own aftermarket head unit and he claims that it would be $100. I also had a aftermarket reverse camera I wanted to install too which would be an additional $100. I agreed. After showing him the reverse cam he recommended I keep the factory reverse cam. Again I agreed. I watched him literally plug everything together no splicing of the wires nothing and then he charged me an extra $120 claiming it was a "Tesla style radio".....dude it was an android head unit and I had the SAME REVERSE CAMERA INSTALLED. If you didn't know what you were doing be honest NOT TRY TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $100 just to unscrew the some screws. Which I declined. Never less try to charge me $2000 for some Memphis 6.5 speakers, amp and 12in sub! You're cheaper than Amazon? I'm all about supporting the mom and pops but that whole kit I can get for under $1000 NOT ON AMAZON. You lost a customer and for sure money and recurring business because instead of making a honest dollar, you tried to make a quick buck. This deeply disappointed me especially working a 9-5 you loth just to use that same money to pay a con-artist. Back to work overtime to recup and go to overpriced Tint World or something where at least they warranty their work that's done right the first time. Stay away from this place; they are horrible. I went to have a in dash receiver installed along with wire harness for my car. The install was mediocre; I had to return three times the same day for them to fix the issue. Finally I drove off after paying Mohammed 200 & my car wasn't fixed. No video, only sound playing for each feature my receiver has. Do yourself a favor stay away from these crooks! read more

[WARNING!] STAY AWAY from this shop for tint service. DO NOT let Julio (Mexican guy) touch your car. I went to this shop for a tint service. Mohammed (shop owner) called Julio (tint installer) to get the job done. However, after the first install, I saw a lot of bubbles even after two weeks on the windshield. I brought my car back to the shop and told Mohammed to not let Julio do the tint again because Julio is terrible (he is also delusional). But Mohammed INSISTED that Julio is a good installer. I took his advice and let Julio to redo the tint for the windshield. Initially, Julio refused to redo the tint by saying "I'm not gonna do anything because he wants it perfect." However, there were too many bubbles were on the front windshield. Mohammed asked Julio to redo the tint then Julio RELUCTANTLY redid the tint. [The nightmare didn't stop here]. After I got my car back for the second time, as I was washing my car on the weekend, I saw a lot of scratches around the entire front windshield. Those scratches were caused by blades when Julio was cutting the tint material over the windshield glass! So I went to a local reputable glass specialist shop to examine the scratches. I was told those scratches can't be fixed. The windshield needs to be replaced. The estimate for replacing the windshield is over $1,100. I brought the estimate paper and my car to Mohammed. I pointed out what the shop did wrong to my windshield and asked the shop to pay for the damages. Then Mohammed showed his true self - CROOK! He started using F word. And once he realized he couldn't convince me to accept the damages, he yelled at me: "I don't wanna talk to you anymore! Go to the court!" Now I'm filing court forms to see him at small claims court. NEVER EVER TRUST MOHAMMED! He is a crook and also DELUSIONAL. He can be nice and smily to you all the time UNTIL he messes up and faces his responsibility. read more

BEWARE MOHAMMED SCAM!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR SYSTEM INSTALLED HERE IF YOUR CAR IS NEW WITH MULTIPLE FEATURES AND YOU CARE ABOUT QUALITY. I brought in a 2018 Honda Accord Sport (fully loaded). I was having an issue with a sub I had installed somewhere else buzzing uncontrollably when the windows were rolled up and thee bass knob and stereo were turned off. There was clearly noise interference running through the car. Mohammed assured me he could fix it and I willingly paid him cash to fix this issue. The sub would buzz when all the windows in the car were up. After 3 visits of leaving the car there, the issue got worse each time he worked on the car. He attempted to sell me a new amp and told me he would swap with mine when I had a perfectly working Alpine amp that I had bought from Sound Advice. It turns out the car has a Noise Control box located under the glove box. Had he taken the time to do research or call Honda he would have saved me a ton of time and some money. It is clear he has no idea about the latest technology and how to do a proper install. Nor is he willing to learn by contacting the manufacturer. I had to take the car to another place and they were able to resolve the feedback issue and use my prior Alpine sub and amp. I also had JBL speakers installed here which I really did not want or get a demo on. He cut out my new factory speakers and placed the new JBLS in there instead of using a car kit to properly place them in the car. This is a hack job as the speakers aren't secure just being placed in the old kit and sounded a little fuzzy and loose.When asked about this he told me that is what they do. The JBL speakers he installed were not even hooked up to my amp either so that installation was not done properly. He never offered to give me my factory speakers back as he ruined them with his hack install. The stereo wiring job needed to be redone as well, and the amp was moved from being secured to my sub in the truck to being properly placed under the seat. If you are looking for a cheap system this is the place for you! Mohammed clearly has a no refund policy for a reason. My suggestion is use a credit card rather than cash so you have peace of mind and the ability to dispute work that is not completed. I made the mistake of giving him cash. My suggestion is visit Audio Advisors or car audio professionals to do anything on your new car and always remember to ask for your original equipment back! read more

Muhammad, the owner of the shop is completely unprofessional and lazy. I was going to him for years to install various things such as lights, speakers, and my alarm system. Every time he has done a job, over 50% of the time I had to go back because he did not do the job right the first time. I purchased a motion sensor to be attached to my viper alarm system through him. He ensured me before I bought the item that this would be sufficient in keeping people from walking around the car, in order to prevent thieves from trying to steal the rims late at night. He had his worker place the motion sensor on the dashboard and tells me that this is the best place for the motion sensor. Over the weeks the sensor goes off every time it rains due to its close proximity to the wind shield. The sensor would rarely go off when people walked around the car but instead would go off from the slightest drizzle. Rendering the motion sensor completely useless and a waste of time. I came back multiple times in hopes that he would adjust and fix it properly but he did not care and always did the bare minimum to try to resolve the issue. He then tells me that the motion sensor is not always going to work properly like how it should when he ensured me before I bought the item and that I should hire full time security to stand around my car all hours of the day. Rude, incompetent, and lazy describes the owner of this shop. Do not go here if you do not want half ass work done to your car along with headaches. read more
