I received a text around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there had been a simple miscommunication, and only the windshield and front two windows had been completed. These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. He started pushing another car ("the Switch") that was 1 year newer and $14,000 more expensive. It was only after we asked to see the original car that he came clean and said the original car was sold and not even on the lot. THIS information should have been disclosed to us BEFORE we drove an hour. I don't normally "flame" businesses in online reviews. We gave the manager the opportunity to first make things right. The car had been on the lot since February (4 months). Instead of acknowledging that the salesman should have told us the car was not on the lot (maybe never was), he tried to have us believe the car was sold to an internet buyer AND shipped off the lot while we were driving to the dealership that morning.
