My goal was to have the windshield along with all of the side and rear windows tinted. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:30 AM, with an appointment at 12:00 PM. I received a text around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pick up. When I arrived, there had been a simple miscommunication, and only the windshield and front two windows had been completed. These things happen, and what really impressed me was how the team handled it. They didn't make excuses or hesitate, they immediately pulled the vehicle back in and completed the remaining side and rear windows in under 40 minutes, all while remaining friendly, professional, and focused on quality. One thing I really appreciated was their expertise. I originally wanted 15% tint on the side and rear windows, but they explained that because my BMW already had factory privacy glass, adding 15% film would leave those windows around 2%, much darker than I intended. They recommended going with 50% over the factory tint instead, which resulted in an overall appearance of about 12%. That guidance saved me from making a decision I likely would have regretted. Their tint is machine-cut, so the fit and finish are incredibly clean, with no unnecessary trimming on the vehicle. The final result looks fantastic. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make things right really stood out. I'll definitely be back for PPF and ceramic coating and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amazin Tint to anyone looking for high-quality tint work.

Will act super nice and knowledgeable at first to get you in the door, I came here in the first…read moreplace to only have 2 batteries hooked up to my existing car audio system in the trunk , then the guy who is the owner I suppose recommended that I have them hook up the 4 6x9 speakers I had running on head unit power to the 4 channel amp I already had sitting in the car waiting to be wired. I already had over 50ft of 12 gauge speaker wire sitting in the car for the speakers to be wired, they hooked up the 2 battery's in the trunk decently but not pretty by no means then I had an appointment I had to go to before they finished, after they called me saying the car was finished this childish wiring is what I was greeted with, garbage electrical tape on all the connections, NEVER EVEN RAN THE SPEAKER WIRE TO THE SPEAKERS, they just tapped into the oem speaker wire from the amp with some BS 18 gauge wire they had laying around, then had the audacity to tell me my speaker wire was garbage and wouldn't work that's why they didn't use it, they also had the gain for my subwoofer on the dsp turned up +10 from the -14 I had it at originally before I brought the car to them, they also had the bass boost on the subwoofer amp turned up when I had it turned off, they even put a random screw into my amp board to try and clean up the rca's , the owner even had the balls to talk shit about my front bumper after I went back to complain, I didn't think this was Gino's body shop you retard , I brought the car here for a simple install not some unprofessional tards to mess my car up then talk shit about my front bumper and wouldn't even offer a partial refund or just be a smart business owner and apologize. Save your money and just go to Tito's Sound.

I called to get more information about the options and prices. I spoke to Jimmy and from what I understand, he is the owner. He explained the different options and price points. I agreed to come in Monday morning. Upon arriving to the shop I met with a young man at the desk. I explained that I spoke to Jimmy a few days before and came in to get my car windows tinted. The young man quoted me with different prices than was already given. For example with Jimmy the starting rate was $190, with this young man the starting rate was $240 an almost 30% mark up. I do not like dishonesty and I definitely don't respect any business taking advantage of people. I explained to the young man that I was quoted a different price and if he did not plan on honoring it then I needed to speak to the owner. Three calls were made to the owner and there was no answer. At this point I was ready to walk. The young man had an about face and stated he would complete the job at the price the owner quoted me at. I found this very disingenuous. I must admit he did a good job despite the initial attempting to haggle me in the beginning. When I checked in there was a $30 off Yelp discount but he reported he has never seen it before and could not process it. I wish more business respected 'word of mouth' referrals as it's the best way to get people in your door. A word of advice being honest and consistent is always the best business practice. I will be hesitant to refer here.

I'll admit, I was still skeptical! After ordering the new window he came out to my office and replaced the windshield to perfection right there in the parking lot - it took less than 30 minutes. He also made arrangements for the sensor company to contact me to re-calibrate the cameras which I had no idea I needed to do. I guess all the new fancy cars need to have this done.
