I found Window Tint USA in Pompano Beach on the 3M website. 3M Has Window Tint USA as one of their Pro Shop Dealers in Florida! I had assumed that this Pompano window tinter was the best in their chosen field! Wow, I was definitely wrong! My appointment time was 9am, and left at 1230. I waited approximately 3.5 hours for 2 front windows to be covered with 3M Crystaline tint film + 2 headlight protection film to be applied on my 2022 Mercedes-Benz G550. I did fall asleep waiting in Silence! I was abruptly woken with your Car is ready Mr. Ventrella! I really didn't check the work, because I was half asleep! When, got back home I start to see everything! I took my dried up contacts out and placed my glasses on and I was shocked! The film was bubbling up & unraveling in-front of my eyes! The 3m window film did not touch the bottom of the window and all the edges we're rounding out leaving gaps! The film did not go past the windowsills rubber. Come on now are we amateurs? This wasn't a DIY PROJECT! On top of that they damaged my leather grab handle on the driver side door from their window solution! My front doors were still wet and very soggy! White residue was visible when they finally dried! Now let's talk about their headlights protection film, basically they placed the film without removing the plastic headlight cover! So the actual film is visible when looking directly at the headlight's! The film only covers the headlight plastic opening (The reason I needed the PPF on my headlights because while cleaning my car l used the the wrong microfiber rag and scratched my lens! So by adding the PPF that removes my DIY mistake) What is there excuse? I immediately jumped into my car and headed back over! They wanted to redo it but I'm not waiting another 3 1/2 hours plus I was extremely livid with their" workmanship"| didn't even want them to touch my vehicle after damaging my door-handle! I was irate to be honest! Their excuse why the window tint wasn't accurately placed on the window because my rubbers are very tight, & their machine had pre cut the pattern out! Well you're in the business for 30+ years wouldn't you know better? Not allow a machine to dictate your work? Then I was told by the owner that I have 3M manufacturer warranty, so I can go anywhere to have it replaced! MIss using the 3M manufactory warranty on your poor workmanship. They probably want me to come back to use the warranty so they can charge me a surcharge, no thank you! When I got back home I removed the window tint with one swipe! I wasted 3.5 hours and $350 plus and now I have to go waste another $80 for a leather door grab handle! I emailed Window Tint USA days later showing photos of the film removal so they can issue a full refund! Yet, no response! This happened in March, and I'm reminded daily each time I grab my door handle how horrible of an experience I had with Window Tint USA! read more

I visited their website and filled out the quote request form. They reached out to me the following day. The gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and informative. Location was easy to find. Plenty of parking (I came on a Monday). I needed two front windows to be tinted and I swear I waited like 5 minutes. Okay, more like 45 minutes but the service felt so quick! Thank you for the friendly and quick service. I was in and out in no time. The only sad part about this trip is that I chose a film which I thought would be darker. I chose the legal tint - wrong decision. I would love to see my options down the line with replacing this tint film with an even darker one. read more

Jim at Window Tint USA is a total liar and a jerk. Shortly after our new window tint was installed, we started to experience bubbles underneath the tint. He kept promising that he is going to investigate what happened and fix the problem, but he never does. He has been stringing us along for months now. I feel like he just took our money and ran to the bank laughing the entire way. The company did terrible work, did not honor their warranty, and left us worse off than before. Apparently a $700 job is not worth this company's time. Actually that's exactly what Jim told me, after he had already taken my business and my money! He installed window frost in several windows in our new home and the final product still had some imperfections that he promised to come back and fix. I went ahead and paid him with the understanding that he needed to fix the issue, however I never heard from him again after he cashed the check. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be strung along and dissatisfied with the final result. I only wish I had read the reviews first because it seems I'm not the first person who has had this experience with Jim. read more

I am new to window tinting so I studied everything I could including video on Youtube. I was greeted by Monica who explained the process and set the "wheels" in motion. I relaxed in a nice lounge, with free Keurig coffee, music, leather chairs and sofa. I was very comfortable for ny time waiting. The job took about 1 hour and fifteen minutes.
