    Truck that was serviced
    Jeremie J.

Was in a very bad situation pulling in there pretty late in the afternoon shop owner put a couple mechanics on my truck to make it work stayed positive and dedicated to getting us back on the road to service our clients price was a little low for the amount of work these guys did they have no clue how many families were able to have running water and a working toilet that night

I took my Toyota Tacoma in because it wasn't running right. I talked to Joe at the counter who was very informative. I was called the next day and I was given several options on how I could proceed. I felt better I was offered factory OEM parts and the repair was done. When I picked up my truck, I talked to Moe who told me about the repair. They let me know of other services my truck would need but were not pushy. I felt like they truly cared about the customer and the repair they completed. I feel like the price was fair for the service they completed. I will definitely be going back and I would recommend this shop to anyone! Thanks! My truck is running great!

Made an appointment for their 100% free diagnostic service on my A/C system for 2011 BMW, when I got to my appointment they did not want to honor the free diagnostics for the A/C and tried to send me to a shop they recommended to pay for the diagnostic. Wasted an hour of my life and do not trust them to work on my car period. You are only as good as your word! Be prepared to be upsold with transmission flushes, brake inspections, etc. the ole bait & switch shop, lol. You were warned!

My original appointment was for 2:15 PM, but due to my own mistake forgetting my keys, I had to come later. I called, and the clerk was cool enough to let me come in around 5:30 PM even though they closed at 6. That's where the issues started. It was pretty clear the two tire techs were ready to wrap up for the day, and I was the customer showing up right before closing. I also asked for a favor by having the driver-side wheels swapped front to rear. When I got in the car, I noticed the tire pressures they said were set to 32 PSI were actually all over the place--35+, and one was over 40. Not the end of the world, I figured I'd fix it myself. The bigger issue came the next day on the freeway. At around 60 MPH, the car developed a terrible vibration. I took it to America's Tire, and they found all four tires were out of balance. Once corrected, the car drove smooth again. I appreciate the clerk being accommodating, but the actual workmanship was disappointing. Whether it was rushed because I came in late or just careless work, I won't be returning.

Extremely satisfied with the service I received…read more After hydroplaning on stock Goodyear Assurance Finesse tires with 23k on them for my Kia Carnival, I decided to get something with a better wet traction rating. Ended up going with the Michelin Defender 2s. Found America's Tire to be competitive price-wise so purchased on their website and scheduled an appointment for a Weds at 8/45am. Website had some default writing about it taking 45-60 minutes which seems fair. They were extremely busy but had a bunch of workers who were just cranking out cars like crazy. Checked in at 8:45, they pulled my vehicle into a bay at around 8:50 and were done by 9:10. Amazing! Really glad I came here and not the one closer to my house which has a lot of negative Yelp reviews. I can see why this one is much higher rated. Will be coming here again!

I've been a long time customer of Americas Tires, especially this location…read more.. Unfortunately that changed today. The last few visits I've had there was always and "issue" with having to wait longer for my NT01s to show up for my Miata or forgetting to reset the TMPS on my wife's car after service. Generally I've chalked it up as "things happen"... Earlier this week I made an appointment for my Colorado. My TMPS service light came on. I called up to have them check it out. Dash board showed a right rear sensor, they said it was $80 to replace it. Okay cool. After the service the tech approached me and said they scanned all the other sensors and 2 showed low battery and one did not read at all.... The previous day when they checked my truck my dash showed all the tires reading pressure except the initial right rear. The tech then tried to explain to me that because 1 sensor wasn't reading they all wouldn't. That was the point that I decided to sever my tires with this store. I went in to replace a sensor that wasn't reading for $80 to being told that I told THEM which sensor to replace (even though they checked and based on the dash they told me it was the right rear) and that it was going to cost another $240 to have all of my sensors replaced and that they wouldn't work now because they can't be programmed.... I am familiar with how the sensors work, I know they have a shelf and battery life, but to go in and have 3 of the 4 work, replace the bad one then them tell me they won't work anymore unless I replace them all seemed shady, and the tech trying to explain his way out of the reasons why they worked when I pulled in to not working at all now was even shadier. Good luck, definitely buyer beware.

I went in today for the first time, nervous because of my experience one shop over. It's a small shop but from the tech that helped to all the others around were beyond friendly. I had a nail in my tire that the other shop missed. It was $35 dollars to have them remove my tire, rim jack my car, put everything back plus air. I was treated the way I feel they would hope their wives, sisters daughters or mom would be treated in a male dominated field. Respectfully and talked down. 10/10 I would recommend.

First, they said I needed new valve stems for $5 each, which I agreed to. Then the technician told me the wheels needed to be cleaned or the tires would leak air. When I asked the manager, he said cleaning all four wheels would cost $60. At that point, it felt like the costs kept increasing with add-ons that didn't seem necessary. The experience came across as misleading and unprofessional, and the lack of transparency made me lose trust in their business. Just be careful with shops like this. In my opinion, they take advantage of people who don't know much about cars. I'm a professional automotive technician, and we are taught to be fair and honest with customers, especially because many people rely on our knowledge. Overcharging or pushing unnecessary services is never acceptable. Everything you said is a lie. My rims are not chrome, proving you never inspected them yourself. You relied entirely on a worker's word to justify extra charges and then attacked me personally with false claims. I took the rims to another shop, and they installed the tires with no issues and confirmed there is no risk of air leaks. The "build-up" you claimed was simply rubber stuck from the old tire. Your message is a jumble of incoherent grammar and nonsense, including phrases like "little episodes with your dad," which make absolutely no sense and only highlight your unprofessionalism. Calling me "disrespectful" or claiming I said bad words is absurd. Your behavior--attacking customers, spreading lies, and trying to intimidate people--is unprofessional, manipulative, and unethical. You have zero credibility, zero integrity, and run your shop on deception and fear.
