Now our sweet Rose is a joy to have in our home, she knows her "place" (area to sit and wait for our command to release her), she has stopped nipping our kids, does not steal food, and finally walks with ease and confidence. He was jumpy, it was hard for me to control him and it was offensive to others because he weighs 65 lbs. i like fixing things, so we put ourselves through training with Mike & Champion Dog Training. At the first lesson i was excited and felt great leaving, but during the first week i was scared to enforce because doggie was sensitive to the collar. Mike gave me a little pep talk over the phone and we made it to our 2nd lesson. I cannot get him into a down/stay using force, Mike says Im soft on him, but he's doing great with everything else we learned. Stay, Stand, Sit, Heel, he's a very smart boy & im very proud. We have continued practicing even after completing the 4 week course. I now feel confident I can control him and there has been a shift in Big D., like he knows I expect more and is waiting on my que. Even his dog walker said he has really improved and she did not know he was training.

I looked around at different trainers in West Palm Beach and I really liked the approach used by Adolfo and Sandra. Of all the trainers I have worked with, they really work to understand the dog and the owner. In just a couple of sessions Felix was demonstrating confidence and felt more secure. He likes Adolfo and Sandra. That is important! The dog should like and respect the trainer and feel comfortable in their presence. I took my dog Riley to meet with…read moreshay who recommended us to one of his trainers for in-home training on feb 4, I explained that my dog was very smart and obedient, but I wanted a safe way to get him used to other dogs because Riley freaks out every time we take him on a walk when he sees another dog. I felt the sessions the trainer provided us were kind of weak and basic, during the course of 5 months the office or the trainer canceled several times. I paid for 10 sessions and got 7 sessions all of which I was told were supposed to be 1-hour sessions but never got more than 45 mins total per session. I called a few weeks ago after no contact from their main office or trainer for a month asking what was going on and for a refund, but they haven't responded other than to know they don't offer refunds. I feel their main office and trainers do not do a good job of contacting you and my dog is still terribly scared of other dogs and has made little improvement.

01-11-2025 Having…read morebeen cancelled by for a Vet no-show last minute for our previous visit, and having made an appointment for care at 10:15, and having shown up on time for said appointment, one would assume, nay, one would expect, that said appointment would happen on/at (or at least near) that pre-stated appointment time. Nope! We were told the staff would not even be there for another 15 minutes, and would need 5 minutes to set up. No call made to let us know of the delay. Strike 1. Unsurprisingly, at 10:50 we are still waiting to get checked in, and just told the Dr isn't even here yet. Strike 2. * The store itself is clean, bright, and well stocked, but the lack of professionalism, apathetic staff, and disorganized nature of the whole event all add up to equal Strike 3 and our last visit to this location. 11:00 Checked in but still waiting for the Vet. 11:03 Vet is here but they are taking someone's dog who came in after us because it "only" needs a rabies shot. 11:13 Tech is apparently unfamiliar with or (afraid of) handling dogs, but we made it through. - One less reason to visit this part of town again...

Michael is a very professional and knowledgeable sales associate and he had loads of patience with me asking so many questions about this tortoise on several occasions. The hood care and insistence that a customer cannot purchase an animal without their strict list of supplies to insure the best care is commendable . My little tortoise. Pretzel, is doing great bc he got good care during his stay at this location and Michael overseeing it too !
