One time I thought that my 18 year old Border Colie was dying. We had to carry him in. They ended up referring us to a neurologist for animals. This last time my dog had a urinary tract infection. He was diagnosed immediately and given medication that cured him. I am always afraid to go to the vet, especially since my dog is so old, but the staff here makes it easy for me and always clams my fears. At times they had to keep him there and he seemed OK with that. It is always fun to go pet shopping while waiting for your turn at the vet. They allow pets in the store. One problem with that though...my dog always ends up peeing or pooping in the store because he smells the scent of other animals. The staff is always right there to clean up after him. God bless them. They truly love animals!

Two girls working on one small dog in there. The smaller brunette stated, " yes he's been ready". I asked why nobody called me when he was finished. She had no idea why. The girl replied, "let me look it up.... He was finished over 2 hrs ago." I went back to the cashier to complain and he replied, "we have nothing to do with them...they are completely separate from petsmart." Nobody wanted to take responsibility as to why my dog was unnecessarily caged for several hrs without a phone call to pick him up. Furthermore, the groomers work inside petsmart, so yes they are ultimately responsible for everything that happens in there. I will NEVER bring my dog back there again!

He immediately had Honey's respect! (If only it were true for us). We knew we were at the right place! We dropped her off for her 2 week stay and she pranced right off with Lena! I missed her terribly but it was WORTH IT!! She learned so much in that 2 week time period! My daughters and grandchildren noticed a difference! We did the one on one training after with Shay. He had Honey's number and OURS! He knew how to train us to do more! He has a great program with fabulous people. I can't forget Melissa who answered the phone every time this dog mom called. WOOF DOGS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!

I felt the sessions the trainer provided us were kind of weak and basic, during the course of 5 months the office or the trainer canceled several times. I paid for 10 sessions and got 7 sessions all of which I was told were supposed to be 1-hour sessions but never got more than 45 mins total per session. I called a few weeks ago after no contact from their main office or trainer for a month asking what was going on and for a refund, but they haven't responded other than to know they don't offer refunds. I feel their main office and trainers do not do a good job of contacting you and my dog is still terribly scared of other dogs and has made little improvement.

Awesome, awesome experience for me and my dog Big Daddy…read more my big, 2.5 yr old boy was going crazy when new people came around. He was jumpy, it was hard for me to control him and it was offensive to others because he weighs 65 lbs. i like fixing things, so we put ourselves through training with Mike & Champion Dog Training. At the first lesson i was excited and felt great leaving, but during the first week i was scared to enforce because doggie was sensitive to the collar. Mike gave me a little pep talk over the phone and we made it to our 2nd lesson. I cannot get him into a down/stay using force, Mike says Im soft on him, but he's doing great with everything else we learned. Stay, Stand, Sit, Heel, he's a very smart boy & im very proud. We have continued practicing even after completing the 4 week course. I now feel confident I can control him and there has been a shift in Big D., like he knows I expect more and is waiting on my que. Even his dog walker said he has really improved and she did not know he was training.

Peaceful Dog Training - I'm allowed to stay outside alone by the pool cause Michael taught me how to swim safely out of the pool.

Hi, it's Bori again. I am a rescue dog from Puerto Rico and live in Boca Raton. I'm lucky, really…read morelucky! I'm trying to catch up with my reviews, and depend upon my Daddy to type it for me cause my paws are too big to hit those little letters on the phone. I even tried to do it when my nails weren't clipped, but it still didn't work! So I was trained my Michael, who owns Peaceful Dog Training. He came to my house and asked my daddy's what problems I was having and what they wanted him to focus on. To be honest, I didn't think I was having any problems at all, just behaving like a dog is supposed to behave. But I guess I was wrong. Michael came once a week for a few months and he was very nice. He knew how to talk to me a certain way and I listened to what he told me to do. All the time. He taught me to sit and stay and "go place". He also taught me how to not jump up at people but to be honest, I am still jumping at people and I don't think that will ever end. The most important thing he taught me was how to swim out of the pool. Michael explained to my daddies that all dogs know how to swim, that is something they are born with, but that if they fall into a pool they naturally swim to the closest side of the pool, and try to climb out, and then they slip and slip and slip and they get so tired they drown. I don't want to ever drown so I learned very quickly how to swim toward my daddies every time and where the steps were so I could climb out of the pool myself. I was very happy to have Michael show that to me and I practiced with my Daddies after he left. Michael also said that there are really no bad dogs but only bad owners cause they don't train their dogs and dogs need to be trained and learn who is in charge, even if I know for sure I'm sometimes really in charge but don't tell my Daddies that. At the end of every training session which usually lasted about an hour I got a little bone to chew on and I liked that a lot. I think my daddies had to pay $5 extra for the bone but they didn't mind. So if you're a dog and really want to get lots of rewards from your mommy or daddy and also don't want to drown and want to learn how to swim to safety, call Michael at Peaceful Dog Training. He's really great and gives you a lot of attention cause you're the only one he has to train, but in reality he is training your mommy and daddy how to be able to train you. I hope I didn't write too much, but I wanted to make sure you understood what he does.

I met Michael 6 years ago have used his professional training skills for so many different dogs…read moreover the years personally and referred many many people to him for training to become therapy dogs. Michael comes to your home and takes it all in before he starts the training. He then trains the owner how to train the dog. If one method doesn't work he tries another and another until it works. When I lost my border collie it left my golden so depressed I didn't know what to do so I called Michael. He came to the house and my golden knew at that moment everything was going to be ok and we worked together at getting chance through his depression. I can go on and on about how wonderful Michael is with dogs. Thank you Michael for helping me and teaching me so mush over the years. Joanne chance and hope.
