I would like to share my heartfelt gratitude for Pet Calls Animal Hospital. My name is Alice, and I…read moream the mom of a senior dog named Dexter. If today I can be thankful that my son is alive, I owe that to Dr. Ehrlich and the entire Pet Calls team. Last year, I arrived at this clinic completely desperate and lost after Dexter was diagnosed with cancer. From the very first moment, I felt welcomed. When I met Dr. Ehrlich, I immediately felt that Dexter truly had a chance. That feeling of hope meant everything to me. Every single person there has been incredible. I showed up to so many appointments in tears, scared and heartbroken, and the receptionists met me with kindness and patience every time. The nurses cared for Dexter during his post-operative period with such love and dedication. I will NEVER forget that. Less than a year later, we have unfortunately learned that his cancer has returned. Once again, I place all of my trust in Dr. Ehrlich. She is truly the only person in this world I trust to care for him. Her professionalism, compassion, and genuine love for her patients go far beyond what anyone could expect. Thank you to everyone at Pet Calls. There is no better clinic and no better people. They truly love and care for every single pet who walks through their doors. Forever grateful.

This place is an absolute DISGRACE and the worst vet I've ever dealt with! Some employee who identified himself as the "head nurse" (some arrogant, power-tripping idiot) was a complete nightmare. He THREATENED to STOP treatment and said he'd have my cat THROWN OUT of the hospital if I didn't fork over a $1,000 deposit immediately. When I tried to speak up, he snarled that I was interrupting his lunch, then screamed at me to "get out of his face"! This bully was aggressive, hostile, and treated me like absolute garbage while my poor cat was suffering. ZERO compassion, ZERO professionalism - just pure money-grubbing cruelty! I'm LIVID, & disgusted, over how they treated us. I will NEVER return to this hellhole, and I'm warning EVERYONE to stay the hell away. Go anywhere else - these people don't deserve your business or your pets. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

My 18 year old dog had to be put down, and the whole process was made infinitely worse by the cold and distant attitude of the veterinarian Dr. Dew. When we arrived, my dog was peacefully sleeping, but the doctor chose to wake him up, which felt unnecessarily harsh, almost as if to confirm we weren't lying about his condition. From that moment on, he was in agony, moaning and crying throughout the procedure. What made it worse was that no one offered him any kind of anxiety medication or calming treatment, even though it was obvious he was distressed. He went from crying to lifeless in my arms, and the whole thing felt horrifying. I thought I was mentally prepared for this experience. But the reality of it was far worse than I ever could have anticipated. I can't help but feel like I betrayed my dog and that he suffered because I didn't advocate harder for his comfort. If I had known how much he would struggle, I would have gladly paid extra for any sedative or calming aid to make it easier for him. I truly hope he can forgive me, but I can't shake the feeling that I failed him in his final moments. This experience was not what I imagined it would be, and I just want to warn others to make sure they advocate for their pets' comfort, even if it means pushing for additional care.
