My husband and neighbor (neither who will 'Yelp') also are in the Westford Internal Medicine/Dr. Jacobellis fan club. They have never led us wrong, nor been negative in any way...and there have been mild to severe diagnoses given. There office is clean and I never feel anything is lacking when I leave.
