And the cake was simply delicious and delivered very swiftly today. Nob Hill Foods really must have some amazing artists to design their birthday cakes because once again they have never let my family down with each cake we order from them. This is one store that you can really count on for wedding cakes birthday cakes or just any kind of cake in general because they actually do them justice

He took so long. I had time to go get a different item because I was so unsatisfied with how he was handling the situation. Looks like star market will start getting my business instead and ive been here for years! Wasting my time over a few dollars is disrespectful, i've had managers who know what they're actually doing correct the price right then and there without making me wait over 10 minutes while they juggle around like a clown

I don't know what has been going on with this Safeway location but they need to improve their…read moredelivery service. My mom ordered some groceries from this Safeway location yesterday night and when she received our grocery order we were shocked to notice that groceries from our order were missing and learning about this made my mom call Safeway Customer Service and when she called they told her someone would speak with her ASAP but instead put Mom on hold then after waiting so long they hung up on Mom. Mom called back and this time they promised to deliver the missing groceries which most of them were Friday 5's specials and ice cream and frozen food and they promised that the order would be delivered very swiftly and which they finally did. I don't know why this Safeway location always forgets missing groceries but this is an ongoing habit that Safeway needs to quit doing to customers who order groceries. This is the fourth time Safeway has done this to my family and they need improvement very very badly on their delivery service if they want to properly serve customers right

We've been coming here since they opened and never had a problem. Today we came and paid for our…read moregroceries and noticed one item was missing but we got charged for it. Went back and spoke to employee who said they will check the cameras which took like 15 min. Finally manager said we did put item on the cart and the camera showed us putting all of our groceries in our car. Unless they have cameras behind Sonics, not sure how they're able to verify this since our car was parked all the way to the end. Manager explained they're not allowed to show us the video or picture due to their policy. The item was only $15.99, they treated us like we stole it. What probably happened was the item got left behind since they don't offer bags anymore, and person behind us took it. Never coming back again, unless I want to be treated like a criminal or racially targeted. Instead of helping the customer the manager was very condescending towards us. Tip for the higher management: Provide customer-facing HR or communication training for the grocery manager. This would give them better tools to support shoppers and resolve service issues smoothly.

Once again, MY FAULT!…read more I should have known better. Weekly ad shows 8 piece chicken meal for $15.00. Deli guy gets 2 of the 3 items but can't find the 3rd and has to ask someone else where it is. Finally get the order together and I go to the register where the $15.00 meal deal rings up as $27.97! Bring this up to the checker who says it must be the member price. I point out that it doesn't say Members Price in the ad so she goes over to the deli to find the guy that screwed up. Finally gets him and they come back to the register where he says he might have put in the wrong code. YOU THINK? Another 5 minutes before he comes back with the right price. By the way, the chicken pieces were small, not to mention it was just thinghs and drumsticks which isn't mentioned in the ad. The potatos were so-so and the mac and cheese wasn't good at all. Sad thing is that in the future I'll probably be stupid enough to give them another try!
