I said look at all of your dresses this is how they come. I grabbed dresses randomly from the rack and showed her that they all had scuffs and runs. She said sorry return it back online and that was it. Apart that the dresses were damaged the customer service was poor. I definitely won't recommend any of my daughter's friends parents to shop there.

Alo in the Design District area…read more I loooove Alo and am so happy I got to visit their store in person to see some of the items they have. We were passing by on our way back to the Museum Garage from MIA Market and decided to stop in. The store is pretty spacious and big. The staff was pretty helpful and they had a decent selection. I think this is a pretty popular location, especially given that there aren't many in person Alo stores so I was a bit bummed when they didn't have things in a certain size but totally understand. I didn't have exactly what I wanted here but it did lead me to online purchases. Overall, a great location for this store in Design District.

I never received any calls, emails, or messages letting me know the items had arrived at the store. When I went to pick up my order, I was told it had already been returned to corporate. I was informed that "calls were made," yet I have no missed calls, voicemails, or emails from the store. This lack of communication is unprofessional and discourteous. I had placed the order only a short time before, and I should have at least been notified before the items were sent back.
