I went to the salon to get a fill. What a horrible experience. The nail technician cut my finger which caused it to bleed. She didn't even acknowledge that she cut my finger nor put anything on it. I ended up getting a nasty infection and had to go to Urgent care. When I contacted the salon to see about getting the cost of the urgent care bill taken care of she sicked her lawyer on me and offered me a 20$ gift card for the next time I came in. Just what I want is to go back and get another infection. After going back and forth they agreed to give me my money back for the services of the nails. The owner clearly did not care that this happened to me. read more

I have been looking a new nail salon in the area, and this one is pretty great. First of all I called just to see if they had availability that day - and they were able to schedule me for a mani/pedi in 15 min! The gentleman that did my mani basically did not speak or look at me (and at times twisted my thumb in kind of an uncomfortable way) but other than that he did a good job with the nails. A different tech completed my pedicure - her name is Jody, and she was very friendly and did a good job. I chose the exfoliative option - which in retrospect was a mistake - if you have ticklish feet I would avoid that, but Jody did a good job and made sure that I was comfortable. All in all it was pricey - for gel mani and gel pedi about 104$ plus tip - but frankly when it is done nicely that's a price worth paying. Anyways, happy to have found this spot! read more

Open sign was displayed. So I walked in and asked for a polish change. The owner in the 1st chair decided she was done servicing for the day and me they were booked for the day! No service provided!! Will never patronize again!!! read more

I really wanted to like this place, gave it few tries, from waxing my arms to manicures and pedicures. Tried 3 different persons. An absolute no go for waxing! Wish I had a pic of all the hairs still left on my arm and here's the pics of my chrome manicure that I paid $15 extra for and really wanted to like. I have used the same person and told her she left me with warped gel nails last time, and she couldn't for the life if her do a square shape nor smooth the gel on the nail pad... The owner ( i think) tried to show her how to do it at the expense of my nail length and although I complained nobody tried to remedy the situation. Left the place in distressed and will never be back. read more

I found the salon online. I needed somewhere to take my mom who is diabetic and moves a little slower. The staff was nice and worked with me from Houston. When we arrived (late) they were ready for my mom and treated her like a princess. They were more patient than me! Thank you to everyone for helping me celebrate my mom's 74th birthday. read more

This was the worst nail experience I have ever encountered. The lady that did my nails did not know how to do dip nails she never wiped the residue off my nail before applying the top coat and now there's white powder mixed in with the top coat. At then end while they were drying she was to busy trying to text and hold the cuticle oil bottle at the same time. Are you there to work or text on your phone. I will never go back and I suggest that anyone that is even thinking about going here rethink it immediately. read more

RUN!! Today I witnessed the WORST customer service i've ever seen. A women came in for a scheduled appointment, to fix her gel polish that came off the same day she got them done, and the way she was treated was SO disgusting. A male staff member was literally yelling at her calling her a LIAR repeatedly and putting her down. It was appalling to see. Not only did they do a horrible job on her nails, they then blamed her and treated her HORRIBLY for coming back to them at their request!! I will never come back here for any service!! read more

Got a gel manicure on Friday and by Tuesday it was already peeling. I returned on Wednesday and was greeted by an unfriendly manicurist wanting to know who did my nails. I told them that my nail was chipped and also the nails were uneven. The owner wasn't in shop and vibe was different. I won't be returning! read more

They completely screwed up and rushed through my nail art. Nail tech kept messing it up and I had to correct him. It looks horrible & nothing like the picture I showed them. Also cut half of my nails. Worried I may get an infection STAY AWAY. Paid $70 + tip for this by the way... read more

This was a place I loved until recently when I had booked two appointments ahead of time and didn't receive a reminder text. I forgot to put it on my calendar so I called to verify my appointment day and time and they told me one thing but it was incorrect info. Then when I called to say I was a fews minutes behind they told me I missed my appointment and I have to pay for what I missed before rescheduling. Why would I have to pay when you told me the wrong info and I got no notification as usual? It's poor customer service so I am bringing my business elsewhere. read more

Everytime I come here, I always have such a hit or miss. When I went today I was told that there would be a 15minute wait, which is totally fine I understand. But that wait turned into 45 minutes. They sat me in the pedicure chair for the 40 mins soaking my feet in cold water. Just to get serviced by someone who seems to be training. I was patient with the whole process. But when it came to the color they told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes?? For $75 I would expect better service. In all I have been "serviced" (waiting) for 2 and a half hours. Thankfully Lina came to help. But I don't plan on coming back unless it's extremely urgent. Plan your time accordingly if you decide to come. read more

I arrived at 9:06 and was back in my car by 9:43. I got a fill in for my acrylics and gel polish, and the prices are great ($30 for my visit plus tip). I also needed one of my nails to be rebuilt on the end where it had chipped between visits. This is the first nail salon I've gone to since I moved to Huntsville where I was completely satisfied with my visit and my nails. My nail technician was very nice (i didn't catch her name) and we carried on a conversation for the majority of my visit. I'll definitely be back! read more

This place is nice and CLEAN. They've made very good use of their space. There are seven manicurists and I believe a couple of waxers. They put a plastic protective layer in the pedicure bowl for every service so there's no left over water from other customers. You get a small bottle of chilled water while getting a pedi and the massages are HEAVEN! There are 5 types of pedicure services to choose from ranging from $25-$50 read more

THIS SALON IS AWFUL! Do not waste your money here. Cuticles were not clipped well, polish looked like 4 year old did it. I asked to have them be fixed and was laughed at. Pics to prove it. I will never go back, you shouldn't either. read more

Honestly, I thought this place would be very nice reading the reviews. I was looking for a new salon to get my nails done for a wedding while I was in town. I got my nails done there Wednesday and it is now Sunday. And my nails are lifting completely and my shellac polish is turning brown/gray. Not to mention they are COMPLETELY over priced and absolutely rude on how they do things. I did not like the way my nails were done and I told the lady and she told that I was overreacting. I paid $50 for a full set and shellac just to have my nails turn brown and them to lift almost completely off in 4 days. I would NEVER go back to this nail salon and would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Well first my mail tech when he was dipping my nails in the dip powder he turned them so sideways it hurt. Then when he was using the cuticle cutters he cut my skin and it almost bleed and it hurt so bad and he was not very nice. And then another worker came by and i asked her if she liked this color for me and it was a hot pink color and she said "Thats a summer color but you do you girlfriend" i was not happy because i liked the color and they were trying to get my to get long nails and i explained why i didn't want them and why i couldn't get them and they didn't care. Also the guy cut my nails so far down read more

I am so dissapointed at my visit here. I wanted to like this place because they open earlier than my normal place. I walked in 15 minutes after opening and was shown to a pedicure station after about 15 minutes, not bad, but then waited with my feet in the water at least 45 minutes before anyone started on me. She actually had to refill my bowl because the water had gotten cold. After my pedicure I sat down at the station for my manicure. The employee had a horrible attitude the whole time she was doing my nails, jerking my hand around while fussing with another employee. Oh and to top it off even though I had picked my gel color beforehand to match my toes she went and got a different color so they dont match. 2 days later they were already peeling. I guess I should of stuck with my normal nail salon. read more

Horrible. Waste of money. I've been there many times. Some techs are good, but they have one that rushes around in order to get all the customers. Even though I scheduled with another tech, I got her anyway. Leg and arm massage consisted of slapping some lotion on me. Owner knew I got wrong tech. Doesn't care. Rude and greedy! read more

Came in as a family of 3 and they did 2of us and skipped our 3rd to go to another customer. Manager came over and did not change gloves between customers. When we asked her to she rudely walked away and started working on another customer. Not the relaxing family day we had hoped for. Will not be back. read more

They did an ok final job but the man filed the gel tips after they're done which makes a ridge to lift off! Keeping the edges sealed is more important to me as the paying customer trying to squeeze out as much time with my gel mani/pedi. They barely scrubbed my feet and I ordered the exfoliating pedi. I watched them burn the heck out of the lady next to me with bags of paraffin wax for her feet and they REUSE the dirty files and had nail chunks in the tool container on my station. The guy actually washed the scraper in the dirty bath water and threw it back into a plastic basket to be reused as well. Super dirty!! First time client will NOT be back! read more

My first time visiting there I got the best pedicure I have ever had in my life along with a wonderful foot massage. Their techniques are modern and the salon was extremely clean. I have to say that this is a wonderful nail salon. They really try to please you, and the place is very clean and fresh. They have some great techs too. I go every two weeks and I have never detected any sort of attitude from the manager and staff. Great work Madison Nails & Spa. read more

the last few appointments they have been late getting to me. the last appointment I had someone else start my appointment and I had booked a appointment with a person a month ahead. they are rude and talk to each other and other client's instead of who they work on unless you are special. they have a sign saying if you are late for an appointment you will have to reschedule yet I wanted 40 minutes past my booked appointment and got no discount or an apology for them being so late getting to me. very disappointed in the service and the rude customer service read more

Love this place. Super clean and well designed. Costs more than a few places, but my nails last 4-6 weeks, so it's worth paying more. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. Walk ins will always be passed over for appointments, you can easily sit 40-65 min if you don't get an appointment. read more

The facility was very nice and clean however my experience was horrible. It appeared that only one person knew how to properly complete nails. I asked for ombré I was told that only Nina could help and to come back tomorrow. I didn't have time to come back so I allowed her to do French in which she still destroyed. I also asked for full set and instead she started applying filing powder to my regular nails, I had to continuously reiterate what I wanted several times. I asked for ballerina shaped nails instead she originally gave me squared, so I reiterated ballerina in which turned out to be one hand in that shape and the other in coffin. I had to raise my voice and tell her to stop in get some help, because after 3 hours and repeatedly being ignored is had enough. And without any discount, or apology from the manager/owner still paid over $100. Very disappointed and will not return. read more

The worst nail salon i have EVER been to. I really wanted to like this place. I went in on Christmas Eve after leaving another nail salon that no longer could take me in. I appreciated the fact that they took me in and i was the last set of the day. The lady that did my nails was in such a hurry to leave that she cut my nails TOO SHORT! i told her i did not want them short and she got an attitude with me so i told her it was fine. She then asked if i wanted regular polish acrylics or gel and i told her i wanted regular. she then processed to ask 3 more times and saying how gel wont mess up or get dirty and that i wouldnt have to wait and i continued to say no. She then said that should would discount $5 if i did gel. This goes to show how im a HURRY she was to leave that she didnt want to wait till my nails dried up to close the salon. When she was done my nails were SO SO thick and then polish was so messy!!! its the worst set i have ever gotten! read more

It took forever to actually be seated and have my nails done. I was just going in for gel polish and the women when I finally got seated just rushed through got the base coat all over my cuticles and the polish was peeling up after a day. I very rarely leave a bad review. But this is third time I've had an issue with this salon. I called to make an appointment for 3 PM, and specifically told them I wanted ombré dipped nails. They said no problem, told me to be there at 3 PM. I arrive at 2:58. At 3:28, after waiting 28 minutes past my appointment time, they then tell me that they can't do the ombré dip because only one girl does them, and she's "busy the rest of the day" and that I could come another day. Completely rude and unprofessional. What's the point of making an appointment for a specific service, to wait almost 30 minutes past that time to only be told they can't do the service they made an appointment for. It's so bad, I have a gift certificate that's almost a year old now that I would rather just throw away and pay a salon with better customer service. I won't be back! read more

Worst place in Madison stay far far away. Do not listen and do what ever they want not what the customer ask for.

She has been going there since they opened ,its where I get gift certificates for her on Holliday's .She has takin our granddaughter there many times before and paid adult prices for her plus tip . I used to go to this place until today. I took my sister there to get her nails painted (just a color change) and we waited for over 45 minutes. That is way too long if you ask me. Also, a male employee spent this time chit-chatting to his customers rather than working in order to help those that were waiting. They did not give me but a dollar discount to paint her nails. They charged me $15 without spending 15 minutes tending to my sister. I DO NOT recommend this salon! read more
