I'm still traveling with work in 2021, but I reach out to Kayla to get an appointment. She's booked months in advance and I think she's prioritizing current clients. But suddenly I'm diagnosed with with breast cancer and they want to start chemo the next week! I have a million things on my mind: dying, prognosis, treatments, chemo, oh my God I'm going to loose ALL my hair, pale skin, moon face from steroids. I reach out to Kayla to see if there's any chance of getting my eyebrows touched up before chemo starts, because you can't do any PMU during chemo (or for a long while after.) I am sure the owner will have no problem correcting the issues, but my schedule is extremely tight, and I do not have time for the repair. I simply used some glue I purchased from Walgreens to tighten the hanging lash and kept it moving. I have received individual mink lashs previously in Texas where I paid around $150.00. The lashed lasted about 1 month. So I can compare services. I will go back the company for services, but I will not obtain the mink lashes. I will try a cheaper lash in hopes the lashes will stay for two weeks. I wanted the meek lashes to last two weeks or longer. Since this will not be the case, I may as well try the cheaper options.

She says she will still honor the Groupon price, but not through Groupon. She stated that she has reached out to Groupon ti tale her listing down, but it is still up there available for anyone to purchase. So I try to cancel the voucher but it will only allow me to do a trade in so I don't even get my money back...I tell her this and she says okay she will honor the groupon anyways. So then I get a message that my appointment has been canceled with her. I tried contacting her many times, telling her I would pay out of pocket for the Groupon price and not use the Groupon voucher. Well it's been days now and she has completely ignored me and stopped responding to my messages. I guess she doesn't want any more customers. Anyways, STAY AWAY from this UNprofessional and do not buy the Groupon or you won't get your money back!
