I tried to be nice and let her know the process and issues hoping for recommendations and she didn't even apologize or offer any advice. I shared my experience for others if they ever have the issues so she could be a responsible professional and educate herself. No response. Sad this didn't work out but when she didn't follow my natural hairs and shaved off one eyebrow because he stencil was smudged after the numbing cream and she tried to redraw, they weren't "sisters" because the skin changed from the cream. Lessons learned. Never again. She did at least tell me the brand. Tina Davies. An absolute nightmare to remove. These don't fade and go away they are absolutely permanent!! At least my eyeliner is fine.
