"Feet" down - the best pedi I've ever had! (Sorry about the pun - just had to)…read more I've been three times now. Pedis all three times and a buff only manicure once. Once seated in the extra large leather massage chair, you are given a menu with a long list of different spa pedicures. Chooses include various soaks, massages, hot towels, hot stones and paraffin. You can choose anywhere from a quick 20 minute pedi to a luxurious "Zen Spa" which is over an hour. The prices aren't cheap - the Zen is over $100 but rest assured, you do get what you pay for. Gel adds $20 to the base price. Finally, you choose your color polish from books of literally hundreds of colors. Upon selecting your pedi, your feet are immersed in a tub of hot water containing aromatherapy, salts and possibly even red wine depending on the pedi you choose. Your treatment begins with a foot scrub and then proceeds through whatever package you chose. Last visit, I had the red wine spa which was supposed to be 55 minutes of bliss but ended up being almost 20 minutes longer - no complaints here. At other salons, you never quite know what you're going to get - it's all dependent on WHO you get. Here they use timers and there is no cutting corners or skimming here or there with your treatment. I'm way too hard on my hands for regular manicures but my DIL gets them here often. She doesn't get gel so she needs to touch up her polish but her nails always look nice. You can make an appointment but I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and that was a Friday afternoon. There is a new nail salon 2 miles from my home but I'd rather drive 25 minutes to Primp and Posh and know that I will definitely have a relaxing experience.

Pros: you can schedule appointments online and the service is fast and friendly…read more Cons: quality. I have my nails done at 3:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. I did t the manicure with paraffin wax and hot towels, and did dip on my nails. By 10:00 that night, I had cracks in 4 of my nails. I had done nothing except watch a game and hold my baby. By Sunday, I had 2 more nails with cracks in them. By Monday, the dip was lifting off of my nails. For $80 I expect much better quality.

This salon could do so much better. The nail techs are incredibly careless and seem to rush all the…read moretime. Not to mention that they continuously change their prices. My french tip for toes and nails has seemingly gone from $20 to $56 for polish alone. A french tip design shouldnt be $18 by itself. They also lie alot about the services they provide on the receipt break down. All this to say, i'm tired of having chipped nails after 1-2 days after the service. This nail chipped from opening an envelope. The nails are not well prepped and the techs dont let your gel cure since they are in such a rush to get you out of the chair. I havegone to this salon atleast 5 times and have had the same issue everytime. I won't be returning.

Not men-friendly and deeply disappointing…read more I've supported this business since its grand opening and always had great experiences--until now. I requested Jack because I admired his work and wanted a simple, clean, masculine set. He refused solely because I'm a male. This was my first time experiencing discrimination, and it genuinely affected me. I didn't ask for anything inappropriate or unreasonable--just to book with an artist whose work I respected. This will be my last time supporting this establishment. If equality and integrity matter to you, I do not recommend booking with Jack. To Jack, if you're reading this: I want to be sincere and fair. I understand that you may have felt uncomfortable, and that is okay. I would never want anyone to feel pressured or forced to do something they aren't comfortable with. My intention was never to put you in that position. I genuinely admired your talent and your work, and that's why I requested you. I truly believed you would execute a simple, clean, masculine nail set exceptionally well. Moving forward, I just encourage you to approach situations like this with a bit more courage and communication. We're all human, and we all make decisions in the moment. I would have deeply respected it if a manager had explained the situation to me, rather than having my reservation dropped without any explanation. I wish you nothing but growth, success, and a great 2026.
