I checked out how much it would cost to get what I wanted done, and was pleased to see how much less it was than the national average, which I'd been looking up. So, I made an appointment, because it was affordable (about $100), and because I wanted to try it out. I understood and accepted an agreement to pay that amount, even if I missed my appointment- which is what happened. I take full responsibility for missing my appointment. I figured I'd be out the agreed upon amount, about $100, and was mad at myself, but that's about it. When we got the bill, though, it was for almost twice what they had originally said these services would cost, almost twice what I'd agreed to pay! We tried to dispute it, which only caused us to be charged that full amount, plus an additional charge to the bank for them looking into it. It was almost a hundred dollars more than what I originally agreed to pay. Then, a month later or so later, we received another bill from this company, this one also for significantly more than $100. Not wanting to incur another additional charge from the bank for looking into it, and assuming it would be pointless to fight it because of what happened last time, we paid this second bill too. Like I said, I selected the services I was interested in, was given a total I agreed to pay, around $100. They have now charged closer to $200- twice. I'm leaving this review for two reasons- one, in likely pointless hopes that they'll look into their billing and fix this- stop, refund some of our money, something. The other reason is so that others know that what their website says is NOT what you'll be charged- in my case, it was about half. They add in other fees- for example, for "materials used." How can I owe for materials used, when I never received their services? Regardless of the reasons for the hidden fees, we're talking about being charged almost double the amount agreed upon, with no recourse. So when they hit you with a $200 bill (however many times), when you expected a total of closer to $100 (once, ofc), you're just kind of at their mercy, I guess

They uncharged everything from what was initially agreed to. That would be okay if they did an excellent job but they did a terrible job. The wife wouldn't even let me take a picture it was so bad. The establishment would not discount or refund and they make it sound like they are professional but they are not. This is just a warning for anyone considering using them. I would consider a different place. Not here. Not with the services they provide and lack of customer satisfaction.

We arrived on a Tuesday lunch time, there was no wait for two gel manicures. Gel manicure cost $30. Christopher worked on my nails. He was very friendly, personable and attentive to my needs. He would notice my checking my nails and also explain how he was shaping them to ease any concerns that I had about how it looked before the nails were painted. Manicure tools were in a sterile kit that was opened in front of me, which eased any sanitary concerns. The hand massage after my manicure was completed could have been longer, it lasted less than 30 seconds for each hand, I've paid $30 at other salons for the same service with a much better massage. All in all, if you're needing a gel manicure, I would recommend and I would return to this location myself.

There are many colors in this line and she doesn't tell folks about it because she doesn't want to push the product even though it's better for your nails.

Their acrylics last forever and I love that I'm able to show them an inspiration pic of what I want and they get it with very little or no explanation. They don't make my nails clunky and thick with acrylic like other places. Prices are reasonable compared to most other salons and I've never had more than a 5-10 Minute wait for service but even that is rare. 9/10 times they get you right in. Great pedicures too and regular customers get a punch card for a % off services after every 10th punch(a fill in and pedicure in one visit count for 2 punches.) love them!
