This is possibly the worst place I've ever been In my lifetime. The pedicure person rushed through and my nails were not even dry before putting on my shoes. The tech couldn't understand what I wanted so that was a waste of about 20 minutes. She asked my name and introduced herself twice. After about one week, my nails starting lifting and I am used to them lasting at least 6 weeks. The reason I selected Diva was because they advertise using TAP, a hybrid gel that is better for your nails. She had two colors, white and pink. There are many colors in this line and she doesn't tell folks about it because she doesn't want to push the product even though it's better for your nails. read more

If i could give it a zero i would. Me, my mom, and my sister went to go have a girls day shop, get lunch, and do are nails. I saw this place so i suggested it. We walk in side and we were seated immediately. But i set in the chair for 30 minutes. The guy that did mine was so ruff and made my nails bleed. My moms nails were okay but she got the wrong color. My sister had a later who appeared to be on some type of drug. As she was yelling and smelled of achoyhal. It costed 160$ in total. read more

Worst place that I've ever been. I will never ever go back. I'm so disappointed because I spent $100 and my nails all look like shit. They're lumpy, she did not do good job trimming or removing cuticles in dead skin, the entire time she was working on my nails she was looking at everybody else. I feel like my hands and feet are uglier now than they were before I got there. You can see by the pictures that little to no care was taken to even make them uniform or remove the polish or anything from the sides. So very frustrated. read more

First time to this nail salon as recommended by my mother in law. Large salon with tons of pedicure chairs and manicure locations. We were prompted greeted when we entered. We arrived on a Tuesday lunch time, there was no wait for two gel manicures. Gel manicure cost $30. Christopher worked on my nails. He was very friendly, personable and attentive to my needs. He would notice my checking my nails and also explain how he was shaping them to ease any concerns that I had about how it looked before the nails were painted. Manicure tools were in a sterile kit that was opened in front of me, which eased any sanitary concerns. The hand massage after my manicure was completed could have been longer, it lasted less than 30 seconds for each hand, I've paid $30 at other salons for the same service with a much better massage. All in all, if you're needing a gel manicure, I would recommend and I would return to this location myself. read more

Was looking for a new place to get a pedicure done after a very long week at work. Walked in, was very welcoming. Also allowed to bring in food and drink, big one for me. But I was seated in a quick fashion, and the lobby was pretty full to begin with. I was serviced by Ty, whom happens to be a regular at my job, didn't know it until the end of service. Very through, and very sensitive to what's going on. My toes look amazing, and my legs feel great.. the Volcano, Lavender oasis pedicure-- highly recommended!!! I will never go back to this business. I have been several times this summer and fall. Each time I received adequate service. The technician was pleasant. Each visit was expensive. My last visit before Christmas was for a manicure. My technician was rude and butchered my fingers. Six fingers were bleeding. I left and bought Neosporin. My fingers were burning. It was painful to wash my hands and shower. I applied Neosporin several times a day for a week. Thankfully, I did not develop an infection. Do not use this establishment. read more

I moved here from FL about 1 1/2 yrs ago. In FL it was very common and easy to find nail salons that knew how to do pink and white nails. I haven't found that to be the case here in North AL. After trying several places I found Diva Nails and have been a happy customer ever since...until now. The last time I actually got my nails done at Diva Nails, a young lady did my nails and a man changed the polish on my toes, and the lady also did hena and wax on my brows. However, I noticed that the owner gave the greater portion of the tip to the man who only polished my toes. When I pointed this out and asked him to change it, he said he already shut down his system, and didn't change it on my receipt. Suspecting that the lady was losing out on her rightful tip, I gave her extra cash above what was on my credit card receipt. The next time I came in and asked to get a pink and white fill, toes polished and eye brows done, I was told they were too busy to get me in. That they only have 3 people who do pink and white nails. I suggested to the owner that with so much business, he might want to train others, but he said you either know how or you don't. I thought Oh REALLY?!! Don't insult my intelligence. Either train them or hire them with the skill. It's as simple as that! He said I should make an appointment now if I want pink and white. I explained that making and keeping appointments is an issue for me due to unpredictable health complications. Plus, I have been a loyal walk in customer for over a year now and never had this issue before. Plus I drive an hour round trip to get there. So, I waited about a week and stopped by again. This time they have a new computer sign in process that takes all my info, name, address, phone, email, etc. So I sign in, ask for a new set of pink and white nails, toes polished, and hena and wax for eyebrows. I see my name is down about 7 people waiting. So I ask the owner to call me on my cell phone when my name comes up, because I wanted to make use of the wait time and walk next door. He assured me he would call me. Only I never got a call over the course of over an hour and a half... and they closed without calling me! I was furious and my time had been waisted. I feel as though I am being treated this way because I caught the owner cheating the lady out of her tips! Regardless of why, this is poor business practices especially in the treatment of loyal customers. I put the word out when they were doing a great job, and now I am putting the word out about my being shut out as a customer after speaking up for the young woman. read more

Two days after getting my nails done one snapped off when I opened my sun roof and within a week most of them were gone. I went in to show them and ask for them to redo them because it was a waste of my money and time. I was treated very rudely and was told by the manager and a few workers that I'd gotten them too long. I was shocked cause they literally do nails for a living and if you can't do nails get out of the nail salon they weren't even that long and I've gotten them the same length before and had them last a month. When I finally went in to get them fixed they took me to the worst table and had 3 different people work on my nails. One rudely getting up in a foul mood to "get his manager" when I told him I wouldn't be paying cause I literally got nothing out of the nails I'd paid for. The second guy asked me how I wipe my ass with nails so long which is wildly inappropriate. I could never dream of asking a paying customer something like that or anyone for that matter. In the end I was forced to pay 10 dollars for them redoing them when I shouldn't have been charged at all. Overall I will never be back to this location and would advise anyone against it! They used to be awesome but now if I could rate zero stars I would. They don't care about their customers and should probably be shut down at this point. Make the extra effort and go somewhere that'll actually be able to do nails correctly. read more

The ONLY reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of how clean and nice the salon is. After waiting 20+ mins to see the person I requested which was JAY (although it was busy and I was a walk in) I finally got seated with a nice older gentleman who I thought was jay due to it being the first time at this salon. After outing on the nails which were sideways and I had said something, he randomly got up and started giving someone a pedi. Then I waited 5-10 more minutes and a woman sat down to "finish" them. I asked for ballerina shaped nails and she ignored me then I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She didn't even come close to the shape I wanted. After asking her to fix the acrylic multiple times due to not putting it on the WHOLE nail she finally went back and attempted to fix them. She polished them with gel and a glitter gel polish. I asked her to do 1 more coat of the glitter she put a clear coat on instead. Not only are my nails completely lopsided but now I have to go get them fixed from a different salon after spending $50..... I left and cried in my car, being 7 months pregnant I just wanted to feel pretty with pretty nails and I left with the opposite. read more

Kyle didnt give me the nails i wanted. i came in the store knowing exactly what i wanted. for the shape i wanted coffin, but i got almond on some coffin on others. for the length i said medium/long but he started asking me questions about where i work and decided to make them short FOR ME "because of my job" (my job allows any kind of nails so this made me mad) ive been to this salon 1 time before and they were meh nails..stingy on the paint cause they didnt do the tips or paint the sides of the nails and no apex. the nails i got from here didn't have an apex either and were bendy and see through with lumpy acrylic. I wanted to give kyle a chance to see if the salon and his talents were any good. A nail techs CLIENT should not have to hover over every single nail and watch their tech the whole time so that their nails can look At least Okay. read more

I stopped in for the first time for a pedicure a few days before Christmas. Even though it was packed, I did not have to wait more than 10 minutes. The salon is clean and the staff is friendly. Tried again to call in advance- made an appointment and when I showed up for my appointment, I waited 30 minutes and they still hadn't started on the 3 people with appointments before me. Then man who was doing my friends nails was very funny and talkative and so was the man next to him. The women who did my nails was quiet and didn't ask barely anything about my nails. When I told her the length was to long she proceeded to do them again and told me she would file them more. She did not, and I tried to say something else about the length and she cut me off and said they will be fixed. My middle fingers were both crooked and she said I was looking at them wrong.They are too long and some were crooked. I had to pay $45 instead of 40 because of the long length. I went n for a pedicure today after getting my nails done a few weeks ago. I got the volcano pedicure ($50) because one of the girls next to me recommended it. I expected a fantastic pedicure for the price but that's not what I got. The description describes an extra long massage, hot rocks, exfoliant, etc. I was burned with the hot rocks because he didn't check to see if they had cooled at all, he didn't cut down my toes after he asked if I wanted them cut and I said yes. The massage was roughly 5 minutes for both legs (way shorter than what I'm used to and definitely not what I consider to be extra long). After all of that, I left after sitting under the dryer only to have my nails literally wipe off when I got home later this afternoon. When I called to ask about it they said it was because the lotion didn't get wiped off all the way. They told me to come in a get it fixed but offered no apology and when I got there they told me it was because I must have put different shoes on and that's what messed it up. I have only had flip flops on all day and hasn't taken them off once since I got my toes done the first time. I will not be back here. I understand mistakes happen, however, I do expect an apology especially after I paid for their most expensive pedicure. read more
