I came in for a Classic Pedicure and ended up paying $80 for results I was very disappointed with. The acrylic on my toe was applied too wide and looked unnatural. Every time I come in, I request a thick French tip, and they never seem to get it right. There have been visits where I've had them redo it multiple times, and even then I usually end up settling because they still can't achieve the look I requested. Today, I simply didn't have the energy to sit there and ask for repeated corrections. The foundation of the acrylic wasn't done properly, and I left unhappy with the final result. (these are my birthday nails) What's even more frustrating is that while the prices continue to rise, the quality of service continues to decline. One of the main reasons I get a Classic Pedicure is for the foot massage, but lately the massages feel rushed and barely last long enough to be enjoyable. I could go on, but I'll leave it at this: after giving this salon multiple chances, they've lost a loyal customer.

My mother paid for me to get my nails done this day because I don't feel like doing anything and I don't have money to do anything. I didn't feel like getting full service so I just got my feet washed/scrubbed and nail polish taken off and nails clipped. I was there maybe 15-20 min and I was happy with the outcome. My mother paid by debit card $35 (she told me previously the owner only charged her $30 for the same service but this time they charged us $35 even after her asking about the previous discount). My mother gave me cash $5 tip. The following week July 28, 2026 this store charged my mother an addition $10 without her consent. I told her I'd call them...which I did and they returned the $10 back but they should've given that $5 back as well. We're struggling financially because of the cancer (like an idiot I worked too because I thought...I should be a productive human being and work. Well I did that too much to quality for SSI and I have to wait 5 months without any financial help and my SSDI will not kick in until December and my 81 yo retired mother is paying my mortgage and hers and she just wanted to make me happy but this place stole from her and just that $5 has made things difficult). I'll never go back to these people I used to only use them for my nails but I guess this is why there's the Asian Boycott of 2026. To me, if you steal from someone you're calling them and treating them like trash. And that's exactly what was done here. My mother solely wanted to make happy since I am no longer able to work and I'm on hospice. This salon stole from us at a time that we've never experienced before. I'm just waiting to die and these losers steal from us. Personally I'd rather do my nails myself than to be taken advantage of and the Asian Boycott will continue in my house (my mother is nicer than I am, but this is unforgettable and unforgivable)

Their acrylics last forever and I love that I'm able to show them an inspiration pic of what I want and they get it with very little or no explanation. They don't make my nails clunky and thick with acrylic like other places. Prices are reasonable compared to most other salons and I've never had more than a 5-10 Minute wait for service but even that is rare. 9/10 times they get you right in. Great pedicures too and regular customers get a punch card for a % off services after every 10th punch(a fill in and pedicure in one visit count for 2 punches.) love them!

I was serviced by Laura as a first time customer due to a referral by a professional contact. I started off small talk and we started talking about where one another were from. I informed her I was from Memphis and shortly after she stated "so how do you like Huntsville? I know it's better than being in Memphis." It caught me off guard, so I asked her had she ever been there and she let me know she had not. This is common stereotype from people so I blew it off. Later on in the conversation we are speaking about local establishments as I asked her about a former business that was in the plaza. She said she knew the owner and the conversation went on when it came to marketing. She then said she was talking to him about something and started what she said off with "ninja". I was so caught off guard because what she meant saying that was n***** I was so stunned that she said that to me as a Black woman. I would've gotten up and walked out, but due to the time constraints I restrained to get my service complete. The last thing was her talking about military people and veterans. She's going on and then says "you know y'all military people are crazy". I then responded because I'd had enough of the disrespect "You know people love the Black dollar but don't like Black people". She was silent the rest of the appointment. So she not only disrespected my hometown, but me as a Black person and a retired combat Veteran when you're in a city whose economy is based on military and government people is crazy. This was my first time meeting her. If she was this comfortable to say this in public who knows what is being said in private. Especially with recent events in the news.
