The wax was too hot and gave me a heat rash each time. While she did use a clean stick each time, she didn't apply any tension and pulled slowly. My leg hairs are not removed, they are all broken. So I am left to deal with a multitude of ingrown hairs and stubble! I'm really upset and I HATE leaving bad reviews but this was too much to let slide. Never again.

The second picture is how my lashes ended up after two weeks of having them. When she did my lash extensions, I told her I wanted a natural look, so I didn't have to wear mascara, well after she got done, I looked like I had on Miss Piggy lashes, which I did not want, I left and ended up going back that day. While she was "fixing " my lashes she was on the phone the whole time and not paying attention to what she was doing, I had lash glue on my lashes. They didn't look any better then when I came in earlier at all, I was pissed when I got home , after two weeks, they just started falling out along with my real lashes. So now on my left die, I have no lashes they are gone. I have requested a partial refund, I have yet to hear back from her, she said to come back in, and she'll give me a natural set like the picture no, those are my lashes with mascara. My intent was not to have to wear mascara at all. That's why I wanted to get some, so they look natural not like Miss Piggy's lashes . I look on the website they don't even offer lash extensions so, why are you doing lash extensions? If you don't offer them? I talked to the owner, who was very dismissive. He gave me cream that was supposed to help with healing but didn't give any instructions on how to use it. To make matters worse, he gave me the cream as if I owed him for it. I had multiple RF microneedlings before moving to Alabama. So, I know that this time was not normal. It has been over a month since then, and the discoloration and needle scars persist. I reached out to the owner for a full refund. He said they don't provide refunds but only store credit. Please tell me who, in their right mind, would want to go back to their medspa after what I have endured. Microneedling is supposed to make my face look better, not damage it. I have taken care of my skin, and they ruined it. The least they can do is own up to it and hold themselves accountable. Do not go to this spa!
