Their acrylics last forever and I love that I'm able to show them an inspiration pic of what I want and they get it with very little or no explanation. They don't make my nails clunky and thick with acrylic like other places. Prices are reasonable compared to most other salons and I've never had more than a 5-10 Minute wait for service but even that is rare. 9/10 times they get you right in. Great pedicures too and regular customers get a punch card for a % off services after every 10th punch(a fill in and pedicure in one visit count for 2 punches.) love them!

The owner's husband has a very sarcastic sense of humor, which was funny at first, and then got old very quickly, he kept saying he was going to charge us more for everything. Long story short we will never be back. He cut my husband's toes with a block file, so much so that he was bleeding. He did not immediately put antiseptic on it and kept on doing the pedicure. Needless to say, we have been treating it with hydrogen peroxide and Neosporin ever since. My husband is in a lot of pain can barely put his shoes on. Never never never again. I never expect anything for free, but some compensation for causing an injury would have been appropriate.

Had a very bizarre first experience here on Monday. I called ahead asking for a mani (with acrylic…read moreand design) and gel pedi. The person on the phone told me she did the designs but would be out of the shop. She asked me to show the other tech my style when I arrived to see if she could do it. When I arrived, everyone was friendly and the shop was clean. Each tech's credentials were listed and their health score was 100. There was one other customer and I was seated immediately. There was no water in the bowl and I really didn't have a chance to soak my feet which was strange since no one was waiting to be seen but that was fine. Gel has a $10 up charge but it was noted on the menu which I appreciate. I showed the other tech my photo and she confirmed that she would be unable to do that design. I guess I didn't make it clear that I still wanted my hands done so I told her that as my pedicure was ending. I move to the table and she cuts all of my nails off. Then, the other customer and I are told to switch places. The gentleman begins working on my nails. He adds the tips, rounds them per the new photo and then begins to add the dip powder. He finishes four of my five nails and then points to his hand and apologizes. One nail was a bit mishapen so I thought he was maybe apologizing for that. He continues to apologize and starts taking the powder off. I asked, "Do you not like any?" and he responds, "No." I assured him that it was okay and everyone has days. I wasn't upset or anything but I also was thinking maybe he's starting over. Then, not only does he take off the powder, he takes off the tips. All the while, the other tech has finished the other customer but isn't jumping in to assist-just checks me out. And yes, I still tipped. So, now I'm left with no nails and no explanation. Oh, and when I got home and looked at my pedicure it was spotty, the gel isn't even across my toes-no pic because I don't like my feet. It was strange and really just disappointing. I don't think I'll be back.
