The second picture is how my lashes ended up after two weeks of having them. When she did my lash extensions, I told her I wanted a natural look, so I didn't have to wear mascara, well after she got done, I looked like I had on Miss Piggy lashes, which I did not want, I left and ended up going back that day. While she was "fixing " my lashes she was on the phone the whole time and not paying attention to what she was doing, I had lash glue on my lashes. They didn't look any better then when I came in earlier at all, I was pissed when I got home , after two weeks, they just started falling out along with my real lashes. So now on my left die, I have no lashes they are gone. I have requested a partial refund, I have yet to hear back from her, she said to come back in, and she'll give me a natural set like the picture no, those are my lashes with mascara. My intent was not to have to wear mascara at all. That's why I wanted to get some, so they look natural not like Miss Piggy's lashes . I look on the website they don't even offer lash extensions so, why are you doing lash extensions? If you don't offer them? On the other hand, my sugaring session, Brazillian Wax whatever you wanna call it that was good and it was not done by her I wish I could remember the girls name, but she is very good. Also, the wife says, Megan is very scrupulous about sanitation, much more so than other salons she has been to.

Soooo, I thought I'd try lash extensions. They offer a full set for $25 but there's a mink version that's significantly more expensive. I got the cheap one. And you can tell. They didn't fit my face and definitely didn't look natural (whether or not mink is any different, I don't know). Another thing I very much hated was the dark clumpy mess of glue that was used (photos attached). I had to take these off as soon as I got home. They were just not good. They did not offer her a hair wash and did not follow the instructions given for the haircut. They didn't even wet her hair with a bottle to cut it. My wife was very displeased with the whole experience but she is a bit shy since it was her first time there so she didn't say anything. After she told me, I was pretty disappointed. I called them and spoke to the owner. I explained what happened and that we would like our money refunded. The owner said "she got her hair cut and the girl has to get paid" and that she would not refund any money. She offered to have my wife come in and they would "fix" it, but my wife did not want to go back (obviously). I rarely ask for money back in any situation, but in this case I felt it was warranted since they did not follow instructions or give the proper services that they advertised. Horrible customer service and we will never go back.
