The wax was too hot and gave me a heat rash each time. While she did use a clean stick each time, she didn't apply any tension and pulled slowly. My leg hairs are not removed, they are all broken. So I am left to deal with a multitude of ingrown hairs and stubble! I'm really upset and I HATE leaving bad reviews but this was too much to let slide. Never again.

I talked to the owner, who was very dismissive. He gave me cream that was supposed to help with healing but didn't give any instructions on how to use it. To make matters worse, he gave me the cream as if I owed him for it. I had multiple RF microneedlings before moving to Alabama. So, I know that this time was not normal. It has been over a month since then, and the discoloration and needle scars persist. I reached out to the owner for a full refund. He said they don't provide refunds but only store credit. Please tell me who, in their right mind, would want to go back to their medspa after what I have endured. Microneedling is supposed to make my face look better, not damage it. I have taken care of my skin, and they ruined it. The least they can do is own up to it and hold themselves accountable. Do not go to this spa!
