Scammers. I've only gotten my nails done a few time before and when I went here and asked for a set, they only used the color and not a base so when I wanted to change the color I had to get a whole new set. Two nail techs at this place that did that. They took advantage of me being new to the nail world. Another thing I just found out is not the proper procedure, when they took off my set they took an acrylic tip and wedged it in between to pop the set off. Proper procedure is to soak them off. I walked in and it was super packed!! However I only waited about 5min before I was sat at a spa chair and only a few minutes later did my nail tech Sompoo come over. She was so sweet and nice and made the experience pleasant. They had a ton of options for pedicures but I stuck to the basic. The other techs seemed polite and nice as well. Updating my review after my experience today. I had a lady do my nails who seemed to not know anything about nails. First, I asked for a full set. She applied the white tips, and then normally they will drill that down so your real nail and the tips are the same. She didn't. No biggie, I thought. Then, she applied the acrylic. She left some of my nails with only HALF acrylic on them!!! I pointed it out and she said "I will file them". So, she files them. Still only half acrylic. I have to show them to another technician who then tells my lady to fix it. She fixes it. After acrylic, they normally will take the smaller drill and drill around tour cuticles so the acrylic isn't covering them. She didn't My nails now H U R T. Every single one of them. This has never happened before. I am so unhappy with my experience today. I will not be back, and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

Started going to the place in June of this year. At the time i lived in athens so it wasn't to much of a drive. Since then I have moved and it is a little bit of a drive but it is so worth the drive. Stay away from This place!! They are rude as hell and talk shit about you in front of your face in their language! I went in to get my nails done and was treat rudely by the owner's sister who was there to "help". I got acrylic nails coffin shaped and they turn out so ugly!! I feel like I got cheated out of my money! I even called to get a refund or even a partial refund as I did get a pedicure too, but was told they don't offer refunds and for me to go back and I will get a special pricing. I would never want to step foot into that salon again! Even when I told her my nails were wrong the lady insisted they were right! Me & my friend have been coming to the Nail Boutique for months now and have had the BEST service! Angie and Jimmy are both great! They take their time with your nails and make sure that you are happy. The customer service there is the absolute BEST. I am from out if town and due to traveling i have not been able to get my nails done. I was going on 4 weeks. I called a very nice man made me an appointment for the same day. After training i went to my appointment. Kim did a fabulous job. I just wanted my toe nails painted and an acrylic fill with gel polish. She did my toes in gel which i love cause it don't wear off as quick. I would recommend this place. Literally the worst pedicure I've ever had! This might've been her first time using nail tools. Ever... She tried to use one tool for my entire foot. The cuticle nipper was for cuticles, nails and callouses. Seriously! There is usually and order to how things go when you get a pedicure, soak, cuticles, clip nails, file, massage then polish. This woman was all over the place. She was an older lady, super nice but not a very good nail tech. Overall worst nail salon experience ever. Called and was given the price for what we asked for when we got there and I was paying they doubled the price. Nails are crooked and after picking out several colors they finically had it in stock. Got a gift card for Christmas and went to try the place out. I usually go to another nail salon all the time, so I thought I would give it a try. I went in around 2 on a Friday and the place was totally packed but they immediately had a place for me to sit down. I waited about 10 minutes before someone was able to do my gel manicure, but that was totally understandable since the place was very busy. Many nail salons seem to only have a few workers at a time but this place was very well staffed. I was able to get my entire gel manicure done in about 35 minutes which was incredible! The staff was very friendly and my nail tech was able to quickly get my nails done but paid great attention to detail. Also, majority of the staff seems to speak English proficiently, which made communication much easier when describing what I want and the tech telling me what to do. When she was trimming my cuticles I didn't even feel it, unlike a lot of places where it's rather painful when they trim your cuticles. Also, my tech was very gentle when directing my hands, unlike other places that tend to jerk me around when putting on polish and filing. Color came out exactly as expected. I love, love, love this place! I love in South Huntsville and I willing make the drive to Madison for this place! Every time I goes I have a wonderful experience! I have gone on a few Friday afternoons where they are so packed that the wait is long, but that's not their fault. Most of the time I am seated right away and I always have a pleasant experience. I usually get the pedi-kool pedicure which is fantastic and then followed up with dip powder nails. Now I hate gel nails because they always peel off my nail and I hate acrylic because they are too thick, but I haven't actually had either of these down here so they could be fine. The way the do their dip nails though is perfect! They look like your natural nail but they are so sturdy and strong! Thao did mine last time and she was so focused on all the little details and made sure I was happy with everything! She would shape each nail and make sure I liked them and then would compare each nail to the same finger on the opposite hand to make sure they matched. Fantastic! read more

Very kind and super patient. The pedi was wonderful and relaxing. The pedi tech was friendly and gentle. The nail tech - Jimmy - was wonderful. He was very patient with me as it was hard to figure out what I wanted and achieve that goal. He kept saying, "It's my job to make you happy so you come back." You can tell that is the mentality of all the techs - nail and pedi. Even as the salon began to fill up, they kept all guests happy and worked on them in a time appropriate manner. My mother in law, my sister in law and i went to this place and we had an awful experience. My mothers nails turned yellow the next day and one of my nails broke completely off. My sister in laws nails are all completely messed up they are all crooked and none of them are filed straight. My mother in law and i went in to get them fixed and they repainted one hand of my mother in laws and redone mine but now my nail is shorter than the rest and painted completely different. This is a racist nail salon and I totally do not recommend you come here. I've never felt so uncomfortable and out of place in a building where I'm supposed to be relaxed. I said thank you to guy that did my toes and I did not get a your welcome back. Not to mention he didn't even try to have a conversation with me or give me any eye contact the couple times he spoke. The lady that did my gel manicure was awful to me and treated me like I'm slow. She kept telling me to put my whole hand in the dryer when it was because my middle finger was literally hitting the back of it. I told her that but she didn't believe me and had someone else shove my hand deeper into the dryer. My middle finger hit the back of it so much that it messed up the manicure and she had to redo it twice. To my right, the lady that was doing someone else's nails introduce themselves and asked for their name and said nice to meet you where as for me I got nothing. This was the second time I have visited this salon for a pedicure, and most definitely my last visit. Everything started out ok, but the lady using the scrub pad to exfoliate my heels and get rid of calloused skin was not paying much attention and before I knew it, my heel was bleeding in an area that she went over too much. Of course I stopped her, and she was apologetic, but it is raw and sore still 10 hours later. I am really hoping I don't get any type of infection. The salon did seem clean, so I'll give them that. Great service! A little pricey. I wasn't thrilled that they used the grinder on my gel polish before soaking them to get the polish off. Maybe this is normal but I've been somewhere else that didn't do it this way. Super clean as they use disposable liners in the feet tubs. I will be going back even if it was a little pricey. read more
