When I finally reached them on the day of my appointment, I explained I'd be coming straight from work and would need about two minutes to remove my non-waterproof mascara. Less than two hours before my appointment, they canceled it because the artist didn't want to feel rushed. I explained that removing the mascara would take virtually no time, but they had already made the decision for me to cancel and rebook. I had planned my appointment around an event, so rescheduling wasn't an option. The lack of communication and last-minute cancellation felt very unprofessional. I will not be rebooking.
