I tried to be nice and let her know the process and issues hoping for recommendations and she didn't even apologize or offer any advice. I shared my experience for others if they ever have the issues so she could be a responsible professional and educate herself. No response. Sad this didn't work out but when she didn't follow my natural hairs and shaved off one eyebrow because he stencil was smudged after the numbing cream and she tried to redraw, they weren't "sisters" because the skin changed from the cream. Lessons learned. Never again. She did at least tell me the brand. Tina Davies. An absolute nightmare to remove. These don't fade and go away they are absolutely permanent!! I had my initial eyebrow PMU and touch-up in 2019 and I was 100% pleased!…read more Due to my frequent travel with work last year I was unable to get the yearly touch-up that I needed, but my brows still looked good, just a touch of powder in a couple of lighter spots and they were perfect again. I'm still traveling with work in 2021, but I reach out to Kayla to get an appointment. She's booked months in advance and I think she's prioritizing current clients. But suddenly I'm diagnosed with with breast cancer and they want to start chemo the next week! I have a million things on my mind: dying, prognosis, treatments, chemo, oh my God I'm going to loose ALL my hair, pale skin, moon face from steroids. I reach out to Kayla to see if there's any chance of getting my eyebrows touched up before chemo starts, because you can't do any PMU during chemo (or for a long while after.) Unfortunately I'm out of state again until 2 days before chemo starts but Kayla makes space for me and does an impeccable job again! I cry a little just thinking about it. It means the world to me that with everything I can't control and all the side effects I know are coming, by God I will still have beautiful eyebrows on my face. Thank you so much, Kayla!
