Very nice facilities found this place on the Yelp and was not disappointed... Friendly staff and good pricing get what you pay for... Would highly recommend

I went once and they did a good job, but this trip my sisters and I all had an extremely poor experience. The men doing our nails were extremely rude, they didn't say a word but rather just jerked our hands around. Additionally, they gave me the wrong color. I didn't correct to trust the process, but am overall disappointed. The one nail tech made another cry while we were there, telling her she was not good at her job. She did the best manicure. I don't know if I'll be returning. Additionally it was over $60 per person (dip powders), which I believe is too high to leave with a mediocre manicure.

Fabulous customer service! I only go here. Billy is my nail artist.

Horrible experience. I went in asking for dip with tip, left with thick acrylic nails that aren't even shaped correctly. First, I was not asked what shape I wanted and how long, my nails were cut "too short" to get the shape I wanted, and that they had to start over. Next, I said I wanted Funny Bunny (an extremely popular color) and they said they cannot do it, so I said a white, they then proceeded to give me a French Tip. I then corrected again saying I want the whole nail done. I was then told they had to do acrylic to get what I wanted because they could not do it with dip. I then was stabbed by my nail tech's fingernail causing me to bleed. (My blood was on the nail file as he was filing my nails) Finally, I leave with THICK acrylic nails and acrylic that isn't even going down to my nail bed. I will be going somewhere else tomorrow to have these removed and will never return.

    Painted my finger underneath

I am very dissatisfied with this service. I do not feel the quality of my hands was worth $115. It was very rushed and when I talked to the woman she was very rude. She would ignore me, suggest for me to get acrylic when I asked for dip, and was yanking my arm to "massage" it. Again I am very sickened by my experience and the amount of money I lost.

So I went to sugaring NYC, Madison, to get a set of natural lashes as you can see in the pictures…read more The first one is me with my own lashes with mascara. The second picture is how my lashes ended up after two weeks of having them. When she did my lash extensions, I told her I wanted a natural look, so I didn't have to wear mascara, well after she got done, I looked like I had on Miss Piggy lashes, which I did not want, I left and ended up going back that day. While she was "fixing " my lashes she was on the phone the whole time and not paying attention to what she was doing, I had lash glue on my lashes. They didn't look any better then when I came in earlier at all, I was pissed when I got home , after two weeks, they just started falling out along with my real lashes. So now on my left die, I have no lashes they are gone. I have requested a partial refund, I have yet to hear back from her, she said to come back in, and she'll give me a natural set like the picture no, those are my lashes with mascara. My intent was not to have to wear mascara at all. That's why I wanted to get some, so they look natural not like Miss Piggy's lashes . I look on the website they don't even offer lash extensions so, why are you doing lash extensions? If you don't offer them? On the other hand, my sugaring session, Brazillian Wax whatever you wanna call it that was good and it was not done by her I wish I could remember the girls name, but she is very good. But these lashes have ruined my own lashes, and I want my money back. and I'm not gonna stop until I get my money back, maybe if she hadn't been in the phone the entire time when I went back that same day because I didn't like them, she would've known I was a VERY UNSATISFIED CLIENT! $100 for THIS!

I was specific with what I wanted and didn't want; unsure I'd love the reference photos I took in because my hair has a wavier beach texture and a tighter curly texture the longer it gets, but we talked about it and I thought we were on the same page. I was wrong. I had gone in with mid back, cut straight across hair (very beautiful curls). Wanted some layers and softer U shape... left with.... A tragedy. I had been growing my hair out for 2-3 years at that point, trying to get its length and thickness back to where it was before a bad haircut and home dye job prior. Diana had cut my hair last at Shear and I remember leaving happy enough with it the first time, so I figured I'd give it another try. I wasn't looking for anything dramatically different anyways- I was in love with the length and thickness- just wanted some blunter cut layers and a little shape... nothing thinned or super short. In fact, I even make sure to mention how I wear my hair normally (with no heat, just product, brush, air dry), often in a bun, and with all hair tucked away seeing as I have a baby under the age of 1. she went for it. Between talks and the fear of being a picky client, i let her take off with confidence. Toward the ends of the dry cut, nothing felt too different... until we washed and dried. I stood up to go the wash bowl and SO much of my thick curly hair was left on the floor. I panicked, and tried to play it cool, keeping conversation, laughing, and talking myself into loving it the whole time it dried. I stood up to go and said I loved it, hoping I did... paid, left, and cried. I got home a few hours later, and wept. Seriously. I had spent so long trying to grow my hair out and loved it, but wanted to just add a little life and instead I left with a short layered shag. Ends extremely thin, curtain bangs-esq that were very uneven and almost inverted in their cut... and so much of my gorgeously thick hair was left a memory. The cut, plus two products I grabbed ended up costing me nearly $200. This was my first treat to myself post-partem and I was really heart broken. I called the salon to tell them how I felt, and they told me there really wasn't anything they could do. I knew that, but I was hopeful they'd try? They told me it wasn't like they could do much since it was shorter than wanted and overly layered, but if I had a suggestion to let them know... that was nice, but didn't change the fact that my curly pattern in the front where my bangs got chopped STILL hasn't returned to "normal" post curl-shock, or that my heart was so broken for all the time and care I had put into my hair the last few years. I wouldn't recommend going here unless you know exactly what you want, and don't care much about results. - as kind as possible.

"Feet" down - the best pedi I've ever had! (Sorry about the pun - just had to)…read more I've been three times now. Pedis all three times and a buff only manicure once. Once seated in the extra large leather massage chair, you are given a menu with a long list of different spa pedicures. Chooses include various soaks, massages, hot towels, hot stones and paraffin. You can choose anywhere from a quick 20 minute pedi to a luxurious "Zen Spa" which is over an hour. The prices aren't cheap - the Zen is over $100 but rest assured, you do get what you pay for. Gel adds $20 to the base price. Finally, you choose your color polish from books of literally hundreds of colors. Upon selecting your pedi, your feet are immersed in a tub of hot water containing aromatherapy, salts and possibly even red wine depending on the pedi you choose. Your treatment begins with a foot scrub and then proceeds through whatever package you chose. Last visit, I had the red wine spa which was supposed to be 55 minutes of bliss but ended up being almost 20 minutes longer - no complaints here. At other salons, you never quite know what you're going to get - it's all dependent on WHO you get. Here they use timers and there is no cutting corners or skimming here or there with your treatment. I'm way too hard on my hands for regular manicures but my DIL gets them here often. She doesn't get gel so she needs to touch up her polish but her nails always look nice. You can make an appointment but I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and that was a Friday afternoon. There is a new nail salon 2 miles from my home but I'd rather drive 25 minutes to Primp and Posh and know that I will definitely have a relaxing experience.

I did t the manicure with paraffin wax and hot towels, and did dip on my nails. By 10:00 that night, I had cracks in 4 of my nails. I had done nothing except watch a game and hold my baby. By Sunday, I had 2 more nails with cracks in them. By Monday, the dip was lifting off of my nails. For $80 I expect much better quality.
