My french tip for toes and nails has seemingly gone from $20 to $56 for polish alone. A french tip design shouldnt be $18 by itself. They also lie alot about the services they provide on the receipt break down. All this to say, i'm tired of having chipped nails after 1-2 days after the service. This nail chipped from opening an envelope. The nails are not well prepped and the techs dont let your gel cure since they are in such a rush to get you out of the chair. I havegone to this salon atleast 5 times and have had the same issue everytime. I won't be returning.

I went to this salon often about a year ago when I was getting my nails done pretty regularly. I…read morewent back this past Thursday & got the dip on my fingernails and regular polish on my toes. They gave me the "matching" polish. While my toes were drying I compared my fingernails. My nails were several shades lighter. (Apparently they match the dip and the gel/regular polish sets) Because they were so different I decided to info the guy so they were aware but I had someone with me and honestly didn't want to wait to get anything else done. I figured moving forward I would get two different colors so there would not be an issue. While I was explaining to him Kim (she did my fingernails) overheard and ended up saying she could apply gel to my fingernails that way they would be the same colors. I agreed. I overheard them explaining to someone else that if they haven't used the dip/polish they don't know it's not a match. It would have been nice to have that info directed to me as that is understandable. Additionally, in the beginning that should be a disclaimer and/or checking the dip and polish. Over the Easter weekend my nails began to chip. I want my nails that are chipping fixed however, I am over it.

Had a very bizarre first experience here on Monday. I called ahead asking for a mani (with acrylic…read moreand design) and gel pedi. The person on the phone told me she did the designs but would be out of the shop. She asked me to show the other tech my style when I arrived to see if she could do it. When I arrived, everyone was friendly and the shop was clean. Each tech's credentials were listed and their health score was 100. There was one other customer and I was seated immediately. There was no water in the bowl and I really didn't have a chance to soak my feet which was strange since no one was waiting to be seen but that was fine. Gel has a $10 up charge but it was noted on the menu which I appreciate. I showed the other tech my photo and she confirmed that she would be unable to do that design. I guess I didn't make it clear that I still wanted my hands done so I told her that as my pedicure was ending. I move to the table and she cuts all of my nails off. Then, the other customer and I are told to switch places. The gentleman begins working on my nails. He adds the tips, rounds them per the new photo and then begins to add the dip powder. He finishes four of my five nails and then points to his hand and apologizes. One nail was a bit mishapen so I thought he was maybe apologizing for that. He continues to apologize and starts taking the powder off. I asked, "Do you not like any?" and he responds, "No." I assured him that it was okay and everyone has days. I wasn't upset or anything but I also was thinking maybe he's starting over. Then, not only does he take off the powder, he takes off the tips. All the while, the other tech has finished the other customer but isn't jumping in to assist-just checks me out. And yes, I still tipped. So, now I'm left with no nails and no explanation. Oh, and when I got home and looked at my pedicure it was spotty, the gel isn't even across my toes-no pic because I don't like my feet. It was strange and really just disappointing. I don't think I'll be back.

The front desk is friendly and moves clients along professionally and friendly, then offering a client a drink while waiting and quickly processes the charges at the front desk.
