I wax my underarms but I wanted my legs done properly. The salon is clean and well organized, I can say that at least. My esthetician is a very fun person but her wax knowledge is lacking. The wax was too hot and gave me a heat rash each time. While she did use a clean stick each time, she didn't apply any tension and pulled slowly. My leg hairs are not removed, they are all broken. So I am left to deal with a multitude of ingrown hairs and stubble! I'm really upset and I HATE leaving bad reviews but this was too much to let slide. Never again.

Coming from Seattle, the mask policy, or lack of it here, was a bit confusing, but local regulations are very different in AL and businesses can only do so much. So be aware that masks are not required at this location, but you are free to wear one if you prefer it. Plus at least some of the technicians do wear one.

The second picture is how my lashes ended up after two weeks of having them. When she did my lash extensions, I told her I wanted a natural look, so I didn't have to wear mascara, well after she got done, I looked like I had on Miss Piggy lashes, which I did not want, I left and ended up going back that day. While she was "fixing " my lashes she was on the phone the whole time and not paying attention to what she was doing, I had lash glue on my lashes. They didn't look any better then when I came in earlier at all, I was pissed when I got home , after two weeks, they just started falling out along with my real lashes. So now on my left die, I have no lashes they are gone. I have requested a partial refund, I have yet to hear back from her, she said to come back in, and she'll give me a natural set like the picture no, those are my lashes with mascara. My intent was not to have to wear mascara at all. That's why I wanted to get some, so they look natural not like Miss Piggy's lashes . I look on the website they don't even offer lash extensions so, why are you doing lash extensions? If you don't offer them? On the other hand, my sugaring session, Brazillian Wax whatever you wanna call it that was good and it was not done by her I wish I could remember the girls name, but she is very good. I am sure the owner will have no problem correcting the issues, but my schedule is extremely tight, and I do not have time for the repair. I simply used some glue I purchased from Walgreens to tighten the hanging lash and kept it moving. I have received individual mink lashs previously in Texas where I paid around $150.00. The lashed lasted about 1 month. So I can compare services. I will go back the company for services, but I will not obtain the mink lashes. I will try a cheaper lash in hopes the lashes will stay for two weeks. I wanted the meek lashes to last two weeks or longer. Since this will not be the case, I may as well try the cheaper options.
