POTENTIAL FRAUD ALERT…read more I took my vehicle to Madison Ford at the end of September for service. At minimum they should have changed my oil, rotated my tires, filled my tires, and filled my fluids. None of those things occurred. For all I know they played poker for the 90 minutes I was sitting in the waiting room. I can prove all of my claims. The excuses they provided for not providing service were so ridiculous that a middle schoolers could see through their lies.

Took my car in early morning Saturday and let them know of my conundrum. Our service manager was Brandon H. and he really took care of us. He quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with the technician to get us repaired immediately, despite not having an appointment. We were in crisis mode and the folks at Mac could have taken full advantage of the situation. They did not, they were beyond accommodating and beyond fair in what they charged for the repair. I was truly humbled by their humanity in dealing with our situation. We are forever grateful. The mechanic, Ben, fixed the problem properly and we were able to trek the 4 hour drive home without incident. Brandon and Ben are a reminder that there are still good, decent, people out there doing business. I will absolutely recommend Mac's Auto Center to anyone that is willing to listen.

My car which is a 2018 Tesla model X with about 150,000 miles on it Was looking a little dated and aged. I had not washed or waxed it or detailed the interior for quite some time. When I picked up my car from Taylor's body shop, I couldn't recognize it. It looked brand new. The repair work that they did was extraordinary. they also washed and detailed my car, which I certainly didn't expect them to do! They dealt with the insurance company to cover additional repairs that were discovered during the process. It was a beautiful, seamless interaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor's body shop for anyone who wants a professional service, and one that goes above and beyond.
