I always felt like they gave a good price and explained exactly what they were doing to my car. I really appreciate when my mechanic tells me: "A and B need to be fixed immediately, C should be fixed but will be fine for at least another 3 months and D will make your car run a little smoother but isn't hurting anything and may not be worth $$$." The young man at the counter suggested a decent hotel in town, and advised: "Now in the morning, you be at Altman's Tire when they open at 8; they'll take care of you." Sure enough, Altman's owner opened the doors just before 8 a.m. the next morning and had me on the road by 10 a.m. The price charged was cheaper than what I would have been charged back home and I've had zero issues with the work they performed.
