On my most recent trip, I checked out Blu- Goodwill ' s fashionable new and used women's clothing shop for some great deals. I also explored the soap and candle shop for yummy smells. The managers, Crystal and Abby, worked tirelessly to track down the pants and get them delivered to me. There seemed to be a few system issues with LOFT - the return address for the pants was a strange location that the store couldn't contact easily. The 1-800 number for LOFT was not helpful at all, the system didn't seem to be integrated with the LOFT stores. I had moments of frustration, but it was totally redeemed by the effort that Crystal and Abby put in. It was their helpfulness that has made me stay a loyal LOFT customer.
