I called several stores and finally I was lucky enough to call this specific location and have my call answered by the store manager who was not only friendly but also knowledgeable and helpful. She provided me all the information and numbers I needed to find and order the dress from the Windsor Website and only moments later I was able to order the very last one in my granddaughter's size. I found (3) items to try on and she placed them in the dressing room. She took time to check back in to see if there was anything I needed and was very helpful. Checking out with the owner was another experience. She rang up a necklace and the looked at the price tag on the jacket, I had hoped to purchase. She looked at me and said the wrong price was on the jacket. "Obviously someone has put a different price tag on this coat", With that, she ripped the price tag off and looked at me as if I had replaced the tag. I told her I did not that that was the tag that was on the coat. The tag did not look like it had been tampered with, and I was not sure where she was going with her acquisition. There were a number of other customers standing around the check out counter. I was embarrassed with the way she handled this. . Needless to say, I did not purchase the jacket. She may have had a bad day. I hope she treats her other customers better than she did today.

It felt like we were just another appointment on the calendar, not real people shopping for one of the most important garments of a lifetime. Our group was small--just four of us--but we weren't offered a single refreshment. We watched other groups being served a variety of drinks while we were never even asked if we'd like a water. It may seem small, but in an environment meant to celebrate such a joyful moment, these details matter. Perhaps most frustrating was that we clearly communicated a budget of $5,000, and nearly every dress pulled for my daughter to try was significantly over that. They carry quality brands and some lesser known but beach themed attire. The staff was very friendly and helpful. At the back of the store, they have a pretty large sale area, which was also nice to see. Overall, worth a pitstop if you are in the area.

Price points range from $10-$100 for most items, and I saw brands like Olive & Oak, Level 99 Jeans, Ani & Alex, etc. FYI, I scored a romper for $40 and a very cozy striped top for $25. But, my daughter didn't think she had found "the one". So, Madison offered to meet us at the Zeeland location so she could try on dresses there. She even brought my daughter's "top two" dresses in case she wanted to try them on again. My daughter fell in love with a dress in Zeeland and Madison was there every step of the way to help us in the process. It was music to my ears to hear my daughter laughing and having fun as shopping is not something she enjoys. Everything about this experience made her feel relaxed and beautiful.
