Because of its nature, shops rotate in and out so make sure you check in often to see whats here. On my most recent trip, I checked out Blu- Goodwill ' s fashionable new and used women's clothing shop for some great deals. I also explored the soap and candle shop for yummy smells. The only thing was I didn't have the box, which shouldn't have been a problem at all since I didn't pay for the box, I paid for the shoes and mind you, I used to work in shoe retail for 5 years and we never had to take a box with a return. So I walk in and the nice cashier was busy with a customer and asked (whom I believe to be the manager) to do a return for him since he was busy. The manager came up and immediately had the worst attitude ever. He grabbed my shoes and studied the bottom of one of them forever to see if I had worn them outside and wouldn't make eye contact with me. I handed him the receipt and he then proceeded to talk down to me in a very snarky way, "You don't have the box?" "No, I don't have the box." "Why don't you have the box? Did you buy them without the box or did you just crumple it up and throw it away?" (Again in his snarky attitude.) "I don't have the box." "Next time bring the box in." (Even more snarky) At this point I realized that he was not only mean and snarky, I felt that he was being sexist and that he felt he could talk down to me or over me because I'm a young woman. He proceeded to get my phone number for the receipt and he made the hardest/angriest signature I've ever seen. And no, you will never need the box to return shoes, but he acted like he wasn't going to accept my return without it. This man was average height, dark brown hair, slightly on the heavier side, and had to have been around my age, late 20s early 30s. Worst employee!

They had it fixed in no time and charged more than a fair price. Even though this place is not close to home I will come back time and time again in order to get service like Pat and Walter Provided.
