Because of its nature, shops rotate in and out so make sure you check in often to see whats here. On my most recent trip, I checked out Blu- Goodwill ' s fashionable new and used women's clothing shop for some great deals. I also explored the soap and candle shop for yummy smells. They have one particular candle called 'the queen of farts' that had me cracking up! Don't worry- it did smell good!

The managers, Crystal and Abby, worked tirelessly to track down the pants and get them delivered to me. There seemed to be a few system issues with LOFT - the return address for the pants was a strange location that the store couldn't contact easily. The 1-800 number for LOFT was not helpful at all, the system didn't seem to be integrated with the LOFT stores. I had moments of frustration, but it was totally redeemed by the effort that Crystal and Abby put in. It was their helpfulness that has made me stay a loyal LOFT customer.

They recently opened at Breton Village and I was hesitant to go in at first because I'm not a fashion blogger or Instagram model. My fears disappeared when I walked in and Olivia welcomed me right away. She asked if I needed any help and I told her yes -- I was looking for jeans but didn't know where to start. I wasn't sure of my size, but I told her a size I've worn in the past and she pulled some pairs for me. She gave me the rundown of their jeans collection and asked what styles I was looking for. I tried on three different pairs of jeans and the third was perfect. These are not Old Navy jeans that are $30 that pill and fall apart after a few washes. They are a quality product from a quality company. They are expensive, at least for me. We're talking $100+ per pair, so be ready to spend some money. I was happy to do so, knowing that Madewell is a company with great ethics, sustainable business practices, and one that works with organizations that support causes that I believe in. If you bring in an old pair of jeans to be recycled through their program with Habitat for Humanity, you can get $20 off a new pair of Madewell jeans. Win win! My experience at Madewell was great and I was so glad Olivia was so kind and helpful. She told me that she really enjoys helping people find something that makes them look and feel good, and I could really tell that was true. She made what is normally a painful process painless for me! She also told me about their return policies and their free hemming service. Placed an online order on June 29th, 2025 on items totally over $300. 3 of the 4 items arrived,…read morehowever, one of the items did not, and STILL hasn't shipped. When I called to cancel the shipment of the last item, due to it will not be shipping until July 18th (according to my order history now) which I won't need this item then, they told me they can't cancel the item. He said when I placed the order it was on backorder, which it wasn't. The Irony is I can place an order for this same item today, and it still doesn't show it is on backorder, but yet the item won't ship until July 18th? They have charged me for this item, I don't want it, and it hasn't shipped but they won't cancel it. I have to wait until I receive the item and ship it back (free of charge of course) before I can get my money back. This is poor business practice and very poor customer service. They are reaping the benefits of revenue gained, which is helping them month to month, without providing the consumer with the product. I won't buy from them again.
