This location has to be one of the worst retail stores that I've been in. Supposedly, they are a hub for Amazon returns. Don't bother. They cannot do simple fifth grade math here. I had to show them over and over how the receipt had the correct amount, but they rang it up wrong for a return. Manager did not seem to care when called to the customer service counter. Returned a pair of slacks and there was a balance left[$3.00] I was not aware of . I never received a statement from Kohl's but they instead reported it to my credit! And grew it to $8.00 I never knew I owed !! Because of this it dropped my credit score over 100 pts . I will never put a foot in a Kohl's store again . Also will destroy any offer from Capital One ---they also were NO help in taking care of the problem . They just don't care ! read more

Went to return 2 pairs of shoes and exchange 2 pairs for different sizes and the lady named Carol working at the return desk confused all the boxes and returned the wrong shoes, then told us since it wouldn't be an even exchange we would have to pay $84. We told her we already bought the shoes and we were just exchanging them for different sizes in which she replied "well I already returned those ones" and then we told her we would not be paying that for shoes we just wanted to exchange and when the manager came she blamed her mistake on us... right in front of us. I had a great experience at this Kohl's location thanks to the cashier, Marcy, who told us all about all of the new features on the app that we were not aware of. She took the time to teach us how you don't even need to bring your Kohl's card anymore, as you can scan the QR code they provide and it goes straight to your card. I promise, I am not a Kohl's shill, I genuinely enjoyed that extra level of customer service and made sure to write down Marcy's name after leaving. read more

It's sad when retail store workers have more time in finding fault with a customer/co worker that being myself someone who helps their store over helping other people, doing their own job or respecting. Customers. They do not honor their mission statment. KOHL'S needs to clean house in more then 1 way. I shared pictures with the condition of the restrooms when I 1st started cleaning at Alpine it took me 2 months to get the urinals looking good and even their toilets had build up. Bought my wedding jewelry at Kohl's, and I was so excited about the wide selection! I wanted jewelry for a reasonable price that didn't look too cheap, and we found the perfect earrings and necklace here! So glad to have found side a wide selection. Update: dropping a star due to pushy sales staff. My fiancé and I bought a few things today and we had to say no to the Kohl's charge card literally over 5 times before the checkout lady stopped hassling us. Restrooms have been bad then good. Kohl's employees at Alpine location need work on their attitude. Not a very friendly environment.

Your maternity section was absolutely the worst thing I have ever seen. If you know anything about pregnant women, they wouldn't waste two seconds in a department like this to search for something you may or may not have. Every single rack was inconsistent and completely cluttered. I suggest you have someone work on this. The rest of the store looked great and it seemed like this was completely forgotten. Great place, great stock, great people, and great prices lol, seriously I beat Amazon's prices every time I go to kohl's for kitchen, bath, clothes, and work out accessories. Between the coupons and the other sales amazon is left in the dust lol. Whats even better is now they take Amazon returns! So if you buy something and don't like it or it don't fit, you can bring it to kohl's have them return it for you and proceed to get a replacement that day from kohl's and most likely at a better price! Like seriously how can you beat that? And they will open a credit account for anyone, trust me I should not have been able to get one but I did, I'm so happy that I'm actually paying it off every month because with the credit card and coupons you save even more money! It's ridiculous how much you can save! Like I really hope this doesn't put them out of business because I just recently discovered them and never want them to leave now lol. Oh and if they don't have stock you can order with free shipping if your in the store through the app! Pretty decent department store. All of the basic categories. They have a large housewares department and a good selection of picture frames, at good prices. Their clothing is pretty good. I just am picky when shopping for clothes here and it works out pretty well. Lots of parking outside. Mostly friendly personnel. Now, if they would only run a sale once in awhile! :) read more

I've gone to this Kohl's location since I was a kid. They have a decent home goods and kitchen section, great long-lasting shoes, and extensive men's, women's, and children's clothing sections. You can't beat their clearance racks; though they aren't organized by size, they have lots of cute, current fashion at 40-90% off the original prices. I've also always been pleased with their tights and nylons selection. Mine rip so often that I just pick up several at a time and use a Kohl's coupon on them. Lastly, Kohl's cash is a nice perk for spending (I believe) over $50. I have $15 to spend this weekend! I just have to control the amount I spend so that it ends up being a reward, not another large purchase. read more

Today I called Kohl's on two different occasions; I must say I was greeted both times with VERY pleasant sales associates, they were polite, courteous, and very willing to answer my every question plus, they offered their kind assistance to help me in what ever I needed. The 3rd person was the "runner" did the leg work,...SO often anymore when calling larger department stores it takes forever for the phone to be answered, if it's answered at all ( I won't go into how many do not know how to operate a multi line phone, when placing you on hold, they end up disconnecting you) not so In this store! I wanted to give a shout out today to three women/girls who were doing a job and did so with with professionalism; they made me feel that they were Pleased to help me! Great Job!
