Tony invented a great solution to our problem with a pair of custom adjustable inside shutters. He measured our window very carefully and placed the order with the factory. He warned us to expect 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Exactly 7 weeks later, he brought a pair of shutters that were perfectly sized to our unusually-shaped window. You would not believe how exact the fit was. They look great and are match our door and window trim. Kenny, my salesperson, has always been customer service oriented but the rest of the company I suppose is getting too big to care about longtime customers. I had some shutters installed on a Friday for which I had put a 50% deposit down. I was not at the commercial rental property, which was vacant, at the time the shutters were installed. Therefore, once the installers finished installing the shutters, they took the keys and I figured that I would finish paying for the shutters once I picked up the keys. I had asked to finish paying for the shutters the following Friday but was prepared to pay earlier if absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, Trinity, the General Manager, and another employee named Teresa took it upon themselves to call me incessantly about the balance; I did not answer the calls because I thought that alerting my salesperson who has been with the company nearly 20 years that I would pay the following Friday when I picked up the keys was sufficient. By that Tuesday (about 48 hours - two business days) after the Friday install, Trinity took it upon herself to have the installers remove the shutters that had just been installed the Friday before. My salesperson tried to intervene and was told that I would have to pay an additional $600.00 to have the shutters reinstalled along with my balance. Now, I will have to dispute the deposit with my credit card company because I've now paid for nothing. I have no shutters...installed or uninstalled.

It's October 6th and I have not heard from them with an update on the delivery that was supposed to take place the week of Sept. 28th. The first promised/missed delivery date was week of August 25th. They have poor customer service and communication skills, not once have they contacted me with any updates, I always contacted them first. I've contacted the BBB and hopefully they can help me get my deposit back, at this point I do not want them to install my patio door.

Instead of replacing all the windows around the house like all the window selling people are telling us, Rob offered to fix the windows for a much better pricing. We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Overall, would highly recommend them for their excellent work, very fair pricing, and being such good nature people!

A major beam in our sun room was screwed in incorrectly by Roberts people. The beam fell from the ceiling hitting another contractor. Thank god the contractor wasn't injured.

It was a two-man crew one worked in an enclosed trailer to do the cleaning and the other gentleman was organized and transporting blinds to and from the windows.
