Levine came out the next day, thawed the pipes, fixed the broken pipes that resulted freezing and provided outstanding service through the balance of the repair. I was expecting the worst when I called the phone number on the tag on my "new" furnace, but thanks to Hinson's it didn't turn out to be that bad. They made an appointment for me right away. Give me a 3 hour block of time, but call you 30 minutes before they were going to arrive so I didn't end up taking off any unnecessary time from work. On the phone they quoted me $90 which I thought was a little steep and I ended up paying $138. I got a new filter and a cleaning for the humidifier for an additional charge. The original $90 included the furnace cleaning and some wiring . But the bonus was that the technician also re-wired the termostat that my husband had incorrectly installed. I was also impressed that the technician put on booties to protect my floor in spite of the fact that, thanks to a kitchen remodel in progress, my floor was probably dirtier than his shoes. I plan to use them again.
