We found several areas where there were over runs of the sealant. When installing the counter tops they scratched the floor. I would not recommend Matt and his company as he does not act in good faith when there are problems that need to be corrected.

Imperial Granite ended up doing our work and we could not be more pleased. Matt, his daughter and Juleen were so accommodating. There was a large selection and we found just what we wanted. They worked within our budget and had us installed within 2 weeks. The workmanship was wonderful! We would highly recommend Imperial Granite.

He was very accommodating of my preferences and super easy to work with. It can be stressful to have someone working in your home, but Andrew was easy to have around and respectful of our space. You can tell he truly cared about the quality of his paint job and the satisfaction of his customers. I'll admit I can be a little fussy about paint. I'm very happy with Andrew's work! He even explained why he liked certain products and their performance. We found his rates to be competitive, as well. Here's the real proof: We are planning on having him come back to paint another large room for us. I actually found him soliciting a job here on Yelp. He was very responsive through the entire communication process, and never left me hanging or wondering what was happening, from first contact to when he was arriving. You don't always get that, and it's important. His estimate was clear and professional. This is his own business and there is a definite pride of ownership, and customer care that comes with that. Overall, this was a definitely deserved 5-star experience. Highly recommend!

Although, Advanced was not the least expensive option, they were the most knowledgeable and walked us through things to look for in other companies' products. Once we had decided on Advanced, Heather worked with us for several hours to get all of the details laid out. I highly recommend getting 3 quotes, as we did so you can begin to understand the differences between the different manufacturers and the quality of construction. The design looked amazing and the install team did an amazing job of turning that into a reality. The experience was very smooth, despite a few changes that needed to be addressed when we were able to see how the plumbing was set-up by the builder. My wife and I highly recommend considering Advanced Cabinetry. From Quote, to design, to install we could not have asked for more attention than we received nor could we have asked for a better experience.

Our consultant was Jacqueline. With her interior design eye and knowledge, it was easy to wade through the options and make decisions. We weren't aware they also carried tile and were thrilled to get that coordinated too. Way easier than our experience at a major tile store that was overwhelming and we had little help. As first-time builders, Jacqueline's guidance was so appreciated and we are thrilled with our choices. A class operation, that we highly recommend. Doug and Connie C.

From the moment my daughter and I walked into Dwyer Marble & Stone, we felt judged and unwelcome…read more We were dressed casually in T-shirts and shorts, and the salesperson "helping" I think her name was Cathy, Catherine? an older woman with a sour facial expression (honestly her existence matters so little to me I do not recall her name)us was extraordinarily rude, dismissive, and condescending. It honestly felt like the shopping scene from Pretty Woman--as though she had decided, based solely on our appearance, that we could not afford to shop there and were not worth her time. For the record, my daughter is an accomplished paramedic with a master's degree, pre-med student, and I am a business owner. We had both the means and the intention to purchase a slab for a large custom bathroom remodel. We simply did not find a slab we liked. Of course, none of those credentials should be required for a customer to receive basic courtesy and professional service. The experience angered me, but what bothered me most was seeing how deeply the salesperson's treatment hurt my daughter. No customer should be made to feel small, embarrassed, or out of place because they arrived at a stone warehouse wearing shorts and T-shirts. We will purchase our slab elsewhere. Dwyer lost our business because of the way we were treated--not because of its prices or inventory. Management should seriously examine how customers are judged, greeted, and treated in this showroom.

It was a honest mistake, they absolutely owned, and made me a very satisfied customer.

Craftsman Masonry worked on my chimney and touched up the mortar around my brick house. As other…read morereviewers have said, my general experience was that they were honest and hard working. The work was done on a hot August day. The weather prediction was that it was supposed to rain the next day. In spite of that, storms started popping up on the weather radar in the afternoon. The weather radar showed one of the storms tracking straight at my general area. At this point the last area to start working on was a window sill that would be opened up to the elements (in order to fix the surrounding mortar). I talked with the job supervisor several times about the approaching storm and my concerns about working on that window. He consistently told that it wasn't raining right now (he disregarded the weather radar that I showed him) and that the window sill wouldn't take long to do. When the weather radar showed that the storm was 30-45 minutes away, they still hadn't started to work on the window. Josh (sales) told me that it wasn't raining right now and that I would be charged for a return trip if I wanted to delay the window sill work. I felt like Josh also disregarded the weather radar. It wasn't until after that conversation that they started working on the window. Unfortunately they gouged the top of the slate window sill with their angle grinder, they chipped the front face of the slate window sill and a brick below the sill. The chaulking around the window sill was done on wet mortar so parts of it didn't adhere properly. I fixed the chaulk two days later. I can't fix the sill and brick problems. I feel that the last minute push to work on the window sill contributed to the mistakes I described. It would have been better if they had started the window sill earlier when I first started talking with the job supervisor about what I was seeing on the weather radar. Yes, it rained while they were working on the window.
