It took many follow ups to schedule the job which was a little frustrating, but once we got our tile installed we were mostly satisfied. Unfortunately, less than six months later, the grout in our new kitchen tile floor started cracking and crumbling in many spots. We followed up with Fairway to see if they could do anything but were ignored and from our previous experience with them, it honestly doesn't seem worth the persistent follow up. Very disappointing to have paid for high quality porcelain tile floor for the durability (we have small kids and a dog), and a year in it is completely falling apart and looks terrible. My husband is going to have to attempt to repair it if we can ever find the time.

(Very weak communication between inventory and showroom departments). Back to showroom to choose another tile. Sure enough, same issue. We finally placed a new order and told it would take a month for it to come in from overseas. Waited and shipment came in and they were short one box. Now we are told they don't know when or where they can get the missing box. In the meantime our tile man is working on the same project with another tile that is being paired up with. We may have to redo the whole project. So frustrating! Our tile man told us that ever since the original owner sold to big corportation it has really gone downhill.
