I handed the woman my repair alteration before stepping into the fitting room to put the pants on so they could mark them. I fully expected to leave the repair alteration with them for a few days along with the pants, but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped back out of the fitting room area because the woman handed me back my garment with the stitch repair completed & did not charge me for it. I've also had more complicated alterations done to a wool coat & trust them with my garments. I also appreciate their follow up to make sure that their tailoring was done to my satisfaction after I've taken them home.

Literally, extending an already existing slit in a Chef coat by 3" on each side should not cost $50.16! I could understand if I was needing same day service, but I asked to pick it up in 4 days.
