Just visiting with them was a great experience in itself. So sad for the recent loss. Walked in today to have a hat cleaned and shaped as well as to Have a new one made. The man behind the counter blew some compressed air over it and stated there was nothing he could do with my hat. He proceeded to walk into a room closing the door behind him Only to see him leave the shop thro the back door. Needless to say I wasn't able to pick out a new hat to be manufactured. I suppose all things come and go but seeing this one go is definitely the end of an era. Adieu Texas Hatters.
